    National Peripatetic Manager Covering Suffolk, Norfolk and Cambridge £69,000 per annum plus £3k car allowance Are you naturally caring and want to make a difference in people's lives? If you are kind, compassionate and committed, we would love for you to join Healthcare Homes as a National Peripatetic Manager. This role will mainly be covering the Suffolk, Norfolk and Cambridge area but there will be a requirement to support across all our homes depending on business needs. What would a typical day look like? Whilst no day will be the same in this incredibly rewarding role, responsibilities will include: Regular updates across the different departments within the home. Supporting with any developments and ensuring critical information is communicated effectively.Overseeing the occupancy and staffing levels across the home, reducing the need for agency staffing where possible.Undertake audits as required in accordance with our governance system.Ensuring a high standard of care at all times, putting our residents at the centre and making them feel safe, secure and comfortable within their home. Reporting to the Regional Director, this role will implement best practice in our care homes, embedding a person centred and quality driven culture throughout Healthcare Homes, ensuring compliance with all statutory requirements. In the event of manager vacancies, you will be expected to fill the role and may be required to register with CQC. Our managers are the life and soul of our homes and you will bring your own personality and sense of joy into the home, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The successful candidate will have experience working in a similar role and across both residential and nursing facilities, experience of managing and positively influencing a team and will have a strong commercial acumen. A Level 5 diploma in Leadership in Health and Social care and a NMC pin would be desirable for this position. As this is a national role there will be a requirement to support across all our homes depending on business needs which may require extensive travel with the need for overnight stays. We will support you with a thorough induction and training programme to develop your skills, along with the guidance of a well-established team, who will truly value and support you.
