Job Title: Scrub Practitioners - various specialties

Working Pattern: Full-time/Part-Time About the Role:
We are looking for experienced Scrub Practitioners across a variety of surgical specialties to join our team. The successful candidates will play a key role in supporting our clients, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and safety in within the operating theatre environment. You will work as part of a team to ensure safe and effective delivery of surgical procedures across multiple specialties including but not limited to, Orthopaedics, General, Gynaecology, Urology, ENT and Plastics. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and maintain the sterile field for orthopaedic surgeries. Assist surgeons during procedures, anticipating needs and ensuring smooth workflow. Handle surgical instruments and equipment with precision and care. Adhere to infection control and health & safety protocols. Collaborate effectively with the multidisciplinary team. Requirements: Current registration with UK Nursing & Midwifery Council (NMC) or Healthcare Professions Council (HCPC), with no restrictions on practice. A minimum of 18 months post graduate experience working as a scrub practitioner. Strong knowledge and understanding of clinical standards, policies, surgical instruments and procedures.
