Leading a small finance team to complete transactional finance duties.
Production on monthly management accounts to strict timescales including preparing and presenting to Senior Management Team Report and provide insight on monthly product line profitability reporting.
Planning and advising on business strategy based on sound financial analysis in all areas of business.
Preparing Annual Budgets and Quarterly Forecasts.
Transfer pricing analysis and ensure the local transfer price file is maintained. xrexnqw
Cash Flow management and forecasting.
Preparation of annual accounts and coordinate the external audit Developing the companys financial systems to meet the changing needs of the business Contributing to continuous improvement strategies for the site Ensuring robust internal financial controls are present in all areas of the business Playing a leading role in the planning and implementation of business systems Special projects including implementation of new ERP system
