    In the role of Marketing and Communications Coordinator, you will be responsible for:Creating Visual Concepts: Develop graphics, illustrations, logos, and layouts that effectively communicate the desired message.Collaborate with Teams: Work closely within the Global Marketing & Communications Tean and other designers to ensure cohesive visual communication.Manage Projects: Handle multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.Required Skills and QualificationsCreativity: A strong artistic flair and the ability to translate ideas into visually appealing designs.Technical Proficiency: Experience with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).Communication Skills: Ability to present concepts clearly and work collaboratively within a team.Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy and quality in all designs, adhering to brand guidelines.Time Management: Effectively prioritize tasks and manage time to meet project deadlines.Planning and execution of integrated marketing and communications initiatives that strengthen brand visibility, engage target audiences, and support business objectives. Primary Objective  As an MEP Associate/Associate Director you will have the opportunity to foster client relationships, support annual planning, to leading pursuits and oversight of project teams.
