The Role: As a Family Solicitor, you will be responsible for: Advising and representing individuals on a wide range of family law matters. Providing support and guidance to vulnerable clients involved in court proceedings. Delivering a client-focused and commercially astute service. Conducting advocacy and advising on the merits of appeals when necessary. Managing a busy caseload effectively and efficiently. Taking clients' instructions and providing legal advice. Conducting legal research and analysing case law. Growing your own caseload under appropriate supervision. The ideal candidate will have: Qualified Solicitor with experience in Family Law.
