As a skilled Vehicle Technician / Mechanic, you'll be hands-on across all aspects of vehicle maintenance, servicing, diagnostics, and repairs. You'll be part of a busy, knowledgeable team, working on both everyday cars and high-performance vehicles, ensuring everything meets main-dealer-level standards.Key Responsibilities
Routine servicing, maintenance, and mechanical repairs
Diagnostics for engine, electrical, and sensor issues
Gearbox repairs, head gasket work, and general mechanical troubleshooting
Support MOT testing (qualification preferred)
Maintain accurate service and repair records
Ensure high standards of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction
Communicate effectively with colleagues on work progressWhat We're Looking For
Level 2 / Level 3 qualified (Level 3 preferred)
5+ years' experience in a busy automotive workshop
Strong mechanical and electrical diagnostic skills
Experienced with gearbox repairs, head gaskets, and general mechanical work
MOT licence preferred (or willingness to train)
F-Gas certification advantageous
Professional, reliable, and a positive team player
