About the RoleYou will be delivering outstanding employer account management for all aspects of employer relationships for the College to deliver an outstanding curriculumLeading on the development of work-based opportunities for all aspects of curriculum and apprenticeship delivery. Achieving income targets set at the start of each year for apprenticeship growth and to meet targets for other work-based. Leading on all aspects of adherence with regard to insurance and health & safety checks on work-based settingsResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for:Develop and deliver an outstanding employer account management service in the designated curriculum areas of specialism.To be the single point of contact with designated employers and curriculum areas to actively create work-based opportunities to meet college’s strategic aimsComplete employer TNAs and all learner related documentation including government site registration, initial assessments and enrolments and ensure timely completion and accuracyNegotiate, compose and prepare contracts and funding plans for customersSupport the development of the Employer Voice through recruitment of customers to Partner BoardsComplete appropriate sales activities to develop new employer opportunities, including telesales campaigns, face to face meetings and social mediaRequirementsYou will need:Qualified at Level 2 for English and MathsQualified to level 3 and/or relevant professional qualificationGood knowledge of the complex FE/training environment, as well as future developments and priorities.Proven experience of successful performance against sales and business development targets in a business-to-business environment, including a clear understanding of the solution sales process.Good overall understanding of ESFA funding methodology, and basic understanding of commercial income, expenditure and contribution modelsHow to ApplyWe strive in offering an inclusive and accessible recruitment and interview process to all candidates.
