    About the Role An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Digital Marketing Executive to join a well-established and growing organisation. This role is ideal for a creative and results-driven marketing professional who is passionate about digital marketing, social media, content creation, and campaign performance. Working as part of the marketing team, you will play a key role in delivering engaging digital campaigns, growing the company's online presence, and supporting wider marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities Assist with the planning, development and execution of digital marketing campaigns. Manage and grow the company's social media channels, creating engaging content and monitoring performance. Build, manage and optimise Google Ads and paid social media campaigns. Coordinate email marketing campaigns to support promotions and business objectives. Create compelling digital content, including graphics, copy and campaign messaging. Drive website traffic and user engagement through effective digital marketing strategies. Implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings and online visibility. Update website content using a Content Management System (CMS) and liaise with external web partners when required. Support wider branding and marketing initiatives across the business. Monitor, analyse and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Ensure marketing activities are communicated effectively across the business. Assist with additional marketing duties as required. About You The successful candidate will have: Experience in a digital marketing role. Strong knowledge of social media platforms and content creation. Experience managing Google Ads and paid social campaigns. An understanding of SEO principles and website content management. Experience using email marketing platforms. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects. A creative mindset with strong attention to detail. The ability to analyse campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations.
