     As a Finance Systems Analyst, you’ll be central to ensuring our Finance department’s systems are functional, efficient, and evolving. You’ll provide technical and administrative support, investigate system issues, and document processes to maintain optimal performance and appropriate controls. Partnering closely with finance end-users, IT teams, and external suppliers, you’ll manage system access, resolve queries, and support infrastructure needs.
     You'll also be supporting our Finance transformation project, working with the latest Microsoft & Snowflake technologies, and aiding in implementing a new ERP system and Finance Data Mart as we build a genuinely world-class department. 
     Job details – you’ll need to have demonstrable experience in:
     Undertaking core BAU duties that support operation of a finance department, including administering access to our systems, month-end activities, and maintaining appropriate controls across our estateWorking closely across Finance teams, IT, and 3rd party suppliers to troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of end-user issues & queriesAssisting the finance team with UAT and sharing best practicesAssisting with the initial configuration of new systems and acting as a key contributor for the development of additional capabilities within the systemsEssential skills/experience:

    Working Hours/ Shift Patterns: You will work 37.5 hours per week including one full weekend and one Saturday in every five. If you work a weekend shift, you’ll get time off in lieu. 
    Our opening hours: Monday to Friday 08:00 - 19:00, Saturday 09:00 – 17:00 and Sunday 09:00 – 13:00
    Training: Our 12 week training programme is delivered face to face in the office. The first 8 weeks focus on core learning, followed by continued in‑office support through to week 12 as you build confidence and embed your skills. After completing the full programme, you’ll receive sign‑off from a trainer or team leader before moving to hybrid working and into your permanent team.
    Our approach to Hybrid Working: With hybrid working, you have more flexibility, as you usually only have to visit our office once a week and work remotely for the rest of the time. You can always opt to work from the office more frequently if that suits you better. When we organise training and events you may be required to attend in person for the duration.
    Salary: The starting salary is £26,230, plus a comprehensive benefits package. Upon completing the training and coaching period, which typically lasts 12 weeks, the salary will automatically increase to £26,550. There will be further opportunities for salary progression up to £29,500, depending on your commitment to personal development and career growth.
    Location: Our fantastic Leicester office, which is in the city centre and only a short walk from the train station.

    Your role:
    The New Business team provides customers with new quotes, whether they're looking for car, bike, van, home, or multi-car/bike policies. We give them all the details they need to make an informed decision, making sure they have the right cover that suits all their needs. Wherever possible, you will support customers to complete the purchase of their policy, using one of our digital products.

    Our approach to Hybrid Working: With hybrid working, you have more flexibility, as you usually only have to visit our office once a week and work remotely for the rest of the time. You can always opt to work from the office more frequently if that suits you better. When we organise training and events you may be required to attend in person for the duration.
    Salary: The starting salary is £26,230, plus a comprehensive benefits package. Upon completing the training and coaching period, which typically lasts 12 weeks, the salary will automatically increase to £26,550. There will be further opportunities for salary progression up to £29,500, depending on your commitment to personal development and career growth.
