What you will be doing: Work closely with key stakeholders to understand their objectives and ensure that technology initiatives are aligned with overarching business goals. Ensure that the direction of IT initiatives and investments is in sync with the broader strategic direction of the organisation. Build strong partnerships with business leaders and external stakeholders to foster a culture of innovation and collaboration. Drive demand for IT solutions and identify opportunities to integrate new technologies into business operations. Tailor technology solutions to meet the specific needs and expectations of partners and customers. Set the tone for the organisation by modelling desired behaviours such as transparency, accountability, and a commitment to continuous improvement. As the Digital Business Partner, you will champion the strategic plans of your business unit by identifying and aligning opportunities into certain business areas. Who you will be: You will have a strong background in an IT-related role, with the capacity to comprehend technical discussions and convey information effectively to non-technical individuals. You will be able to demonstrate experience of fostering and maintaining relationships with diverse stakeholders, including business leaders and different IT teams. You will have exceptional interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and collaborate with partners across all levels of the organisation. You will have experience working in the financial services industry, including business knowledge, industry trends and what the industry landscape looks like. We are thrilled to announce a new Data Manager role that presents a unique opportunity to step into a leadership position and pave the way towards a future Head of Data role. The successful candidate will lead the establishment of a new Data Framework, drive data quality initiatives, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Key responsibilities: ??Partner with managers, team leaders, and senior stakeholders. ??Conduct Data Quality maturity assessments, workshops, and improvement plans. ??Drive adoption of Data Quality controls within the Data Framework. ??Provide line management for the data team, ensuring effective workload management. ??Make recommendations to promote Data Literacy training. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience shaping data strategies and quality standards, proficiency in data quality issue management and process improvement, and strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
