You'll be negotiating and drafting both licenses and leases, and, where necessary, issuing proceedings to seek the rights for the installation of masts on sites throughout the UK.You'll support the senior lawyers in your team in dealing with the acquisition of sites as well as then obtaining licensing / leases for projects based within these sites.
