    Due to continuing growth, we are now seeking a Used Car Sales Manager at our BYD and Ford Dealership in Reading.  On a daily basis, you will be responsible for: Ensuring all sales enquiries are dealt with efficiently and professionally Analysis of departmental profit on a daily basis, ensuring costs are contained and reduced and debtors are reviewed regularly (completing relevant reports within tight deadlines) Management of the sales team and sales processes Management and control of profit margins Management and control of stock pricing and presentation To maximise the sales and profitability of vehicles and associated products To monitor and achieve KPI targets To assist the General Manager in maintaining policy and procedure To coach and develop Sales Executives to excel in their role Be highly organised with the ability to prioritise workload Maintain a strong relationship with the manufacturers Ensure the sales team deliver professional customer service at all times Able to market and think outside the box to increase new car sales Who are we looking for? The Master Technician will report to the Service Manager and will be responsible for meeting both franchise and company standards in a service environment. Key Responsibilities of Service Technician: To undertake maintenance, service and repair activities on motor vehicles of all types to the highest standard within scheduled times to meet company and franchise standards. Repair, test vehicles and diagnose their faults as and when required by Service Manager and supervisory staff. Replace components, parts, lubricants and consumables and record usage. Keep work areas clean and tidy, organised and safe from hazards to health and safety. Carry out work completely and effectively within manufacturers’ servicing and repair times. Advise and report on vehicle faults and servicing requirements while working on vehicles, including future servicing/repair requirements.
    Complete spot checks  The Ideal Service Technician: Qualified to NVQ level as a Master Technician  MOT Tester. Have at least years experience after qualifying period, of working in a Franchise Dealership (or similar) preferably with Ford or Omoda/Jaecoo/Chery. Excellent customer service skills. Take responsibility for the quality and quantity of their work and others. Previous training for at least one of the above named brands will be highly beneficial.
