    We have an exciting opportunity for an Online Trade Assistant Manager to join our Digital team here at Harrods. This role is responsible for delivering a data-driven merchandising and trading strategy, optimizing the online customer journey, and ensuring seamless collaboration between Buying, Marketing, and Digital teams.

    About the Role

    The Online Trade Assistant Manager will own and refine the category, brand, and product hierarchy, ensuring a strategic and customer-first approach to site navigation and merchandising. You will be monitoring weekly and monthly trade performance, analysing key metrics such as sales, demand, conversion rates, AOV, and returns.

    You will also;

    Ensure seamless execution of all promotional activities, including seasonal campaigns, sale events, and exclusive launches.
    Manage the Online Trade Assistant, ensuring accurate and timely execution of product uploads, categorization, and data management.
    Provide coaching and development opportunities for the Online Trade Assistant, ensuring best practices in digital operations.
    Act as the key point of contact for online trade queries from Buying, Retail, Concessions, and Customer Service teams.

    About You

    The ideal candidate is a critical thinker with a proactive approach, able to anticipate challenges, identify opportunities, and drive solutions that improve performance. They should be commercially driven, highly analytical, and detail-oriented, with a strong understanding of online trading, digital merchandising, and e-commerce KPIs.

    You will also have the following;

    Previous years’ experience in an e-commerce trading, digital merchandising, or online commercial role.
    Experience in sales reporting, performance analysis, and forecasting.
    Ability to prioritise workload and work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
    Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
    A keen interest in retail, luxury, and brand positioning within the market

    About the Role

    As a Merchandiser on the fashion team, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping commercial success by leading the planning and forecasting of sales, stock, and margins across all channels.     Key responsibilities include:

    Our Distribution Training team are now looking for a passionate Material Handling Equipment (MHE) Trainer to support the safe and effective use of material handling equipment across our operations. This role has been created due to growth and is a rare and exciting opportunity within the industry. This is a unique opportunity to deliver best-in-class training across our Thatcham site and occasionally at our iconic Knightsbridge store. You will play a vital role in maintaining Harrods’ high standards of safety, service and operational excellence.

    About the Role

    You will take ownership of all material handling equipment (MHE) training, certification and associated compliance records. You will also contribute to wider Health and Safety projects and future training programmes across the business. Approximately 50% of your workload will be delivering training sessions and 50% will include health & safety checks and walkarounds as well as spotting opportunities where new training methods can be created.

    You will be responsible for:

    Planning and delivering accredited training for the full range of MHE in use across Harrods Distribution- ranging from 1 day-1-week sessions.
    Developing and driving future projects such as shaping the new staff induction at Thatcham.
    Developing and delivering onboarding programmes, including a new Harrods induction for all Thatcham-based starters.
    Supporting with minor Health and Safety projects, process improvements and training initiatives.
    Supporting with equipment maintenance coordination and liaising with external engineers.
    Managing your own diary.
    Managing MHE checklists and ensuring relevant materials are replenished.
    Maintaining all training, testing and certification documentation in line with accrediting body requirements (supported by our Health and Safety Administrator).

    Typically working 7.00am to 3.00pm Monday to Friday, with some flexibility required for occasional late shifts or travel to Knightsbridge (travel expenses and time covered).

    As a Food Supply Coordinator, you will be responsible for effectively managing food product availability across Harrods Food Halls (including airport and online locations), restaurants, and kitchens. You will ensure the right stock is in the right place at the right time. Success in this role will rely on maximising depot, shelf, and kitchen availability, while managing waste, creating and maintaining product-level forecasts, and driving supplier performance to meet supply chain targets.

    We have both FTC [Fixed Term Contract] and Permanent roles available.

    About you

    In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the smooth operation of the supply process by managing invoice queries, resolving shipment issues, and processing orders efficiently. You will work closely with Supply Coordinators and Assistant Managers to ensure that supplier performance is accurately reported and that all tasks are completed within agreed service level agreements (SLAs). Your attention to detail and strong communication skills will be critical in meeting deadlines, minimizing backlogs, and maintaining high standards of service.

    Invoice Query Resolution - ensuring that all invoice queries are resolved accurately and within
    the agreed SLA, making sure any backlog is minimised and priority queries are dealt with
    swiftly.
    Trouble Shipment Resolution – ensuring that all trouble shipments are resolved within the
    agreed SLA and reporting at supplier level is provided back to the Supply Coordinators for
    supplier performance reporting.
    Order Processing – supporting the Food Supply Assistant Managers in raising orders, such as
    POs, STOs, Ocado, customer orders and seasonal buys.
    Conversions– completing the relevant daily conversions by the agreed deadline,
    communicating any issues/shortages with the relevant stakeholders.

    We are seeking an experienced Employee Relations Specialist to join our fast-paced HR team and provide expert solutions to complex employee relations issues.

    About the Role

    Our Employee Relations team is the first point of contact for resolving employee relations issues, combining employment law expertise with strong business knowledge. As an Employee Relations Specialist, you’ll work closely with senior stakeholders in the retail sector, playing a key role in delivering effective solutions.

    You’ll handle complex employee relations matters, investigating cases and providing hands-on support. Additionally, you will guide internal partners across our HR functions, including Resourcing, Learning & Development, Reward, and Talent Development. You’ll also be responsible for maintaining accurate records through our case management system and ensuring compliance with GDPR regulations.

    Within this role, you will:

    Offer feedback and coaching to managers during formal meetings and processes.
    Support business change initiatives by calculating the people cost, monitoring progress, and assisting with communications.
    Stay up to date on UK employment law, ensuring best practices are followed.
    Liaise with the legal team when necessary for case advice or tribunal preparation.

    This role operates Monday to Friday, and is a hybrid role with the requirement 3 days in the office 2 days working from home.

    About You

    You will bring solid experience as an Employee Relations Specialist, where you’ve successfully led complex cases from start to finish. Your expertise in employment law will allow you to confidently guide senior leaders through sensitive employee relations issues, offering practical solutions and strategic insights.

    You will also:

    Be a fair, values-driven individual who considers both the business and employees.
    Have relevant HR qualifications and experience working in a large team.
    Demonstrate strong organisational and communication skills.

    About the Role

    The Caviar Brand Specialist put customers at the heart of everything they do, building deep customer relationships and demonstrating exceptional product and Harrods knowledge. They build relationships across our Retail areas to help build a credible client portfolio, whilst ensuring they deliver exceptional sales and product training to the Food Halls’ Sales Associates.

    The Caviar Brand Specialist’s “sales through service” approach naturally leads to achievement of revenue targets as well as repeat customer visits. They deliver and lead tastings for our clients as well as hosting caviar tasting events, demonstrating what exceptional luxury experience looks like.

    About You

    With a strong passion to work with food, along with proven experience working in Food Retail or Hospitality, you will also have best-in-class experience in providing a memorable service to our customers.

    You will also:

    Have a passion for fine food (prior caviar knowledge is a bonus but not essential).
    Be dedicated and disciplined in your work.
    Have strong communication skills, and great attention to detail.
