    We are looking for a Porter to join this fast-paced and diverse team of Private Shoppers. The role of the Porter will be to provide support to our stock team, our Private Shoppers and Private Client Managers and ultimately our clients and their orders.

    About the Role

    In this role you will be responsible for ensuring the department is ready to trade for the day, as well as dispatching client orders, and being accountable for the stock movement and stock holding.

    In addition to this, you will be responsible for the below duties:

    Stock movement between sites, including Dispatch, Customer Collection points, Trevor Square, Courier desk and the Car park.
    Carry bags to the door for the clients at the request of Private Shoppers and Private Client Managers team.
    Return of stock to the departments daily, as and when required.
    Tidy the department, ensuring Harrods standards are adhered to prior to opening for trade.
    Support with packing of client goods prior to leaving the department.
    Assist with the presentation of stock for storage areas, ensuring that it follows the set standards.

    You will have excellent customer service skills and be confident that the decisions you make will be in the best interest of our customers. You will ensure that you develop and maintain relationships with colleagues and customers alike, whilst being able to handle a wide range of responsibilities.

    You will also be:

    A natural communicator with outstanding interpersonal skills, making customers feel valued and heard.
    Standing/walking for extended periods of time.
    Ability to safely lift boxes up to 20kg.
    Knowledgeable on security procedures to ensure they are followed at all times to prevent theft/stock loss.

    About the Role

    In this role, you will be responsible for completing a variety of warehouse tasks with precision and efficiency, including goods receiving, picking, packing and dispatch. You will play a hands-on part in supporting daily operations, ensuring high standards of quality, safety and service are consistently upheld.

    Working closely with team members and other departments across the business, you will ensure all stock movements are timely and accurate. You will also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying operational efficiencies and supporting positive change within the warehouse environment.

    Key responsibilities include:

    Receiving, checking and sorting a wide range of products entering the warehouse.
    Picking, packing and relocating stock across the Distribution Centre using both manual and mechanical methods.
    Operating equipment such as pump trucks, powered pump trucks and other material handling equipment.
    Loading and unloading palletised products into or from vehicles.
    Performing stock checks and maintaining accurate inventory records.
    Inspecting products to ensure they meet quality specifications.
    Maintaining a clean and organised workspace, upholding health and safety and housekeeping standards.
    Supporting the team in processing, packaging and shipping orders securely and on time.

    You will be working 5 days over 7 on a rota.

    Please note this is an active, physically demanding role which involves regular lifting of products up to 25kg and walking long distances throughout the warehouse. Due to working with or near material handling equipment, applicants must be aged 18 or over.

    About The Role

    In this role, you will play a key part in delivering seamless and high-standard dispatch operations throughout the night shift 11pm – 7am. Although this is a predominantly Monday to Friday role, weekend work may be required during peak periods. You’ll be responsible for the accurate packing and processing of customer and internal orders to Harrods’ luxury standards, handling items with care and precision.

    You’ll work within a friendly and supportive team, reporting into the Night Manager and Team Leader.

    Your responsibilities will include:

    Packing shopfloor and telesales orders with attention to luxury presentation and product safety.
    Handling a variety of items, including fragile products, using materials like tissue, hex wrap and pad pack.
    Manually lifting and processing parcels using IShipper and SAP systems to create compliant labels and invoices.
    Ensuring all international shipments meet customs and Hazmat requirements.
    Supporting internal collections from management offices, press office, and more as needed.
    Helping with courier desk duties and special deliveries.
    Maintaining a tidy and efficient dispatch environment.
    Assisting with pallet preparation and conveyer operations for export.

    About You

    You’ll be proactive, hardworking, and motivated by doing a job to the highest standard. You thrive in a structured, team-oriented environment and enjoy the satisfaction of delivering excellence—even when no one’s watching.

    You will:

    Have a strong attention to detail and take pride in your work.
    Be confident using computers and open to learning systems like SAP and IShipper.

    About the Role

    This role will see you leading both the RTV Packing and RTV Admin teams, ensuring the smooth and efficient process of exiting unwanted stock from the business. You will work closely with buying, merchandising, imports and external suppliers to manage the full lifecycle of returns, from receiving and packing through to dispatch and collection.

    You will be based on site, overseeing two Team Leaders and a combined team of around 11 colleagues. The role involves both operational and administrative oversight, from monitoring upcoming returns and ensuring quality checks are met, to preparing reports and identifying process improvements. You will also attend regular management meetings and take part in projects that contribute to the overall Supply Chain strategy.

    Key responsibilities include:

    • Leading, coaching and developing Team Leaders, Administrators and Operatives to meet objectives.
    • Liaising with internal departments and suppliers to coordinate timely returns.
    • Overseeing the receipt, packing and dispatch of returns, ensuring adherence to vendor requirements.
    • Supporting employee engagement initiatives and maintaining Health and Safety standards.
    • Monitoring delivery errors and resolving issues with stakeholders.

    Core working hours are Monday to Friday between 7 am and 6 pm, with flexibility required to meet business needs.

    The Harrods Arcade Department are looking for a Brand Manager to join our vibrant and experienced team. You will be the face of an iconic brand, be driven by passion for our customers and be able to deliver the best service. You will do this by putting customers at the heart of everything you do, building long-lasting client relationships and demonstrating exceptional product and Harrods knowledge.

    About the Role

    You will be accountable for delivering on trade targets and educating our valued customers about the brand that you will represent. You will be an ambassador across the store for the Harrods Standard, the Beauty of Selling and be a go-to person for updated product knowledge and new brand/product launches. You will oversee the processing of large and complex transactions, address any customer queries or concerns effectively. You will ensure stock integrity and oversee management of stock in the back of house.

    About You

    You will have a proven experience of providing exceptional customer service in a premium or luxury environment, and have the ability to build strong relationships with your clients.     Have a strong ability to drive a brands' performance.
    Have a self-motivated and a naturally curious disposition, and you will be keen to develop your product and industry knowledge.
    Have strong communication skills, and great attention to detail
    Have passion for working towards sales targets, striving to achieve our group mission while continually learning and developing to achieve more.
    Have experience within similar environment or role.
    Be able to think outside of the box, to surprise and delight customers with exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
