The business is entering a critical inflection point: Revenue growth from ~$1M → $2.5M this year Series A process underway targeting ~$20M Platform going live imminently Strong institutional credibility already established The Proposition The platform addresses one of the most entrenched problems in capital markets: fragmented post-trade workflows across derivatives, securities lending, and collateral.
