    We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our EMEA sales team to capitalize on the unprecedented demand for the Harri market-leading Workforce Management, ATS, and Core HR platform. This is a crucial role for securing new business and managing key accounts within the service industry.

    What you'll be doingAs an Account Executive, you are a persuasive, energetic, creative, and entrepreneurial individual responsible for managing the full sales cycle, from active lead sourcing to closing high-value deals. You will enjoy the challenge of finding, nurturing, and closing new business whilst continuing to manage and grow your existing accounts.Your Key Responsibilities and performance measures include:Sales Strategy and ExecutionManaging the sales process from active leads sourcing to closing deals within the UK Hospitality sector.Achieving assigned new business sales quota in designated prospect national accounts.Achieving weekly and monthly meeting targets, and completing strategic customer account plans.Driving revenue and upsell growth in your defined existing account base.Commercial Mastery & NegotiationDemonstrating superior negotiation skills with the ability to write formal proposals and engaging with all key stakeholders to structure high-value contracts.Meeting assigned expectations for deal profitability.Mastering the Harri platform selling Workforce Management, Talent Acquisition software and Payroll software.Collaboration and Market InsightCollaborating with the entire sales and marketing organization to build and deploy multi-touch sales campaigns, analyzing the market and scheduling appointments.Liaising with the Customer Success team to identify and close new business opportunities.Keeping on top of industry news and acting as a "trusted advisor" to clients and partners.

You are flexible, positive, and enjoy being a trusted advisor to your clients.You will possess:3+ years’ experience managing the full sales cycle into the Hospitality sector.Excellent communication with the ability to instill confidence in clients and partners.Strong relationship building and organizational skills.A positive team player willing to share ideas and learn new techniques.The flexibility and enthusiasm to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment, able to handle multiple priorities.

    Key Responsibilities:Partner with Sales Teams: Collaborate with Account Executives to conduct discovery calls, understand customer challenges, and tailor demonstrations to showcase how our solutions address business needs.Deliver Engaging Product Demonstrations: Lead compelling, value-driven product demonstrations tailored to various stakeholders, including executives, IT teams, and end users.Design & Configure Solutions: Work closely with prospects to understand their technical and operational requirements, configuring solutions that align with their needs.Act as a Trusted Advisor: Provide industry insights and guidance on best practices, positioning our platform as a strategic solution.Support Proposal & RFP Processes: Assist in the development of proposals, RFP responses, and proof-of-concept engagements to validate our solutions’ fit.Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to relay customer feedback, contribute to roadmap discussions, and ensure a smooth post-sale transition.Stay Ahead of Industry Trends: Maintain knowledge of industry developments, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies to effectively position our solutions.
    Experience and Skills:Strong understanding of SaaS solutions and cloud-based technologies.SaaS and API Integration with HCM, Payroll, Benefits, and POS SystemsExcellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage both technical and business audiences.Proven ability to manage multiple customer engagements simultaneously.Experience working with People Technology systems. Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value.A passion for problem-solving, customer success, and continuous learning.A background in hospitality, retail, or workforce management solutions is a plus.
