You will receive 18 remote workdays per quarter to use at your discretion, subject to manager approval. For example, you may choose to work in the office 4 days per week and take one remote day weekly (typically 13 weeks per quarter), leaving 5 additional remote days to be used as needed. The Associate is a member of the Global Private Wealth marketing organization, responsible for supporting the organization’s Product Marketing activities, with a focus on both new product launches and management of existing products. This role partners closely with Investor Relations and client-facing teams to ensure product materials, presentations, and diligence documentation are accurate, coordinated, and aligned to fundraising priorities. The position plays a central role in supporting the launch of new products from a product marketing and sales enablement perspective and maintaining high standards across ongoing product management. The ideal candidate is someone who has: Experience in the wealth marketplace and private markets. Familiarity across fundraising workflows and investor diligence processes. Experience with evergreen structures and/or fund of funds strongly preferred. What you will do: Support product marketing and sales enablement execution for new product launches within the private wealth platform. Contribute to the development of core product marketing collateral, including pitchbooks, standard DDQs, datarooms, talking points, and other platform-specific materials. Partner across Product, Investment, Compliance, and Investor Relations to ensure timely, accurate, and consistent launch execution. Maintain structured launch tracking and update Functional and Regional Team Leads on product launch progress. Adapt materials to meet private bank, wealth platform, and advisory firm requirements. Respond to evolving fundraising priorities through timely updates and customized presentation support. Contribute to the maintenance of core product marketing collateral. Contribute to the maintenance of slide and presentation libraries and product marketing documentation repositories. Lead responses to RFPs, DDQs, and investor diligence requests. Contribute to the maintenance of structured response libraries. Gather and validate technical inputs from investment and product teams. Support management of data rooms and investor review processes. Maintain accuracy and consistency across product materials, presentations, and diligence documentation. Ensure alignment between approved product narratives and client-facing materials across regions. Implement updates following product developments, performance changes, or structural enhancements. Incorporate feedback from Investor Relations and client-facing teams to strengthen materials over time. And other responsibilities as required What you bring: Experience working within the wealth marketplace required. Familiarity with private markets products and fundraising workflows. Experience with evergreen structures is strongly preferred. Experience in responding to RFPs, DDQs, and client inquiries. Strong presentation development, analytical, and project coordination skills. Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. Experience with sales enablement or content management platforms (e.g., Seismic, Loopio, or similar) a plus. Education preferred: Bachelor of Science (B.S) / Bachelor of Arts (B.A) or equivalent experience Experience: 4-6 years of experience in private markets or financial product marketing, sales enablement, product specialist, capital raising support, or related roles.  Read Less
