A media and events business are looking to bring a People Partner to their team. With around 200 employees globally and ambitious growth plans to double in size by 2030, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a business at an exciting stage of its journey. Reporting into the People Director and working alongside a People Manager, you'll partner closely with managers across the business while contributing to key people initiatives on both a UK and global scale. This is a broad generalist role that will play a key role in evolving the people function in the business covering ER and organisational change, learning and development, talent initiatives and HR projects, alongside supporting day-to-day people operations. It's a hands-on position where you'll have the autonomy to identify opportunities for improvement, influence stakeholders and help embed best practice as the business continues to scale. We're looking for someone with strong HR generalist experience, a solid understanding of UK employment law and a passion for developing people and managers. You'll be proactive, relationship-focused and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly. This role offers excellent scope for development, making it an ideal opportunity for an ambitious HR Advisor ready to step into their first People Partner role, or an existing People Partner looking to develop further. Handle actively welcomes applicants from under-represented backgrounds - we pride ourselves on attracting the best talent for every opportunity through a commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion.
