    We are looking for a friendly, organised and dedicated Wellbeing Coordinator who is seeking a rewarding job at Gwynfa Care Home. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing regular organised activities for all residents. These include a variety of social activities such as bingo, singing, sensory equipment and organised local day trips. You will need a full, current driving licence for this role. The project provides 24-hour care and support for elderly and people who have experienced poor mental health. You will work in a psychologically informed environment, helping people build the skills, confidence and resilience needed to live independently. This includes supporting with budgeting, tenancy management and accessing services, while encouraging social inclusion and community engagement. You will work in a psychologically informed way, contribute to support plans and risk assessments, liaise with partner agencies, and maintain accurate records. What you'll need You will have experience supporting people with complex needs such as mental health, physical disabilities or older people, along with strong communication and organisational skills. You should be able to work independently, manage challenges calmly, and take a person-centred, empathetic approach. Basic IT skills are important, and knowledge of housing support or a Social Care qualification is desirable but not essential. This is a permanent, full-time post working 40 hours per week. This job offers a salary of £14.90 per hour.What you'll do You will undertake maintenance and installation work in properties across South East Wales. You will liaise directly with our tenants and colleagues to guarantee the smooth running of the appointments and ensuring all jobs are fully completed to a high standard. What you'll need You will have experience of repairs and maintenance, ideally within residential or other occupied properties. You will be able to demonstrate a broad range of trade skills to carry out a variety of maintenance tasks to a high standard of craftsmanship.
