    This is an exciting new opportunity to join us as a Support Worker, supporting families within ourTeulu project in the Vale of Glamorgan. This is a permanent role working 30 hours per week. You will be required to work Monday to Friday with an expectation to work flexibly, as this service involves delivering support to individuals who may be working, studying or have childcare commitments. Therefore, shifts may involve some evenings and weekend work to accommodate their needs. What you'll do You will be providing housing related support to families in line with Housing and Support Grant Outcomes. You will be working within a physiologically informed environmental framework to support families to maintain their independence and build their resilience. You will be collaborating with other agencies, partners, statutory services, landlords, community resources and networks delivering support within agreed Person Centered support plans. What you'll need To be successful in this role you will have experience of supporting individuals with varying complex support needs. You will need excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to and build supportive relationships. A qualification in Social Care or related discipline is desirable but not essential. You will need a full, current driving licence and use of a vehicle.
