We have an exciting opportunity to join our Support Services team as a Regional Support Manager.
This is a permanent, full-time position working across an allocated geographical area. The role requires flexibility, participation in an out-of-hours on-call rota, and travel within the region (full driving licence and access to a vehicle required).
What you’ll do
As Regional Support Manager, you will lead the delivery of high-quality Housing Related Support services, ensuring compliance with Housing Support Grant Guidance, contract specifications, and governance requirements.
You will provide proactive operational leadership to Support teams, managing performance, budgets, KPIs, and service audits. You’ll oversee rents, service charges, voids, and expenditure, ensuring services are delivered effectively and within budget.
A key part of the role is developing and supporting colleagues, working closely with our Training and Development team to build capability and resilience. You will also strengthen partnership working, promote service user involvement, and drive continuous service improvement.
What you’ll need
You will have experience in housing related support, team management, and budget oversight, alongside knowledge of Welsh Government Supporting People policy and supported housing.
You’ll demonstrate strong leadership skills, resilience, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a pressured environment. A management qualification and relevant Social Work or Housing qualification are desirable.
