    TGR Haas F1 Team competes in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship with Grand Prix race winner Esteban Ocon and British rising star Ollie Bearman, led by Team Principal Ayao Komatsu.     General Summary: This position reports to the Composites Team Leader or their designee; is a fixed term contract and is located in Banbury, UK. Responsible for the bonding, assembly, servicing and repair of all composite components fitted to the team’s race cars and heritage cars.
    Key Responsibilities: Promote teamwork and effective communications to develop working relationships between all personnel and departments. Responsible for the cleanliness and condition of your work Following engineering procedures and protocols, as dictated by the Haas F1 Team pertaining to assembly, operation, and safety. Collaborate and work cohesively with the Composite Team Leader daily regarding workloads, fault reporting, and diagnoses. Management of minimum stock levels of components, spares, and consumables, working closely with the trackside and factory groups. Assist and work with the Parts Coordinators managing the turnaround and flow of composite components between the track, factory and suppliers. Working cross-functionally with multiple departments within the team to ensure TSIs, updates, and test items are collated, assembled, and tested accordingly. Assist and support chosen departments to facilitate turnarounds, engineering projects, car builds, and event support. Report reliability issues as they occur and seek advice before undertaking any out-of-the-ordinary tasks. Follow all safety regulations in all venues. Assumes any responsibilities and duties delegated by the Composites Team Leader or their designee.
    Education and Work Experience: GCSE, High School diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience in a similar Composite role within Formula 1, World Sports Cars, or F2 is preferred. Demonstrable professionalism and a strong record of service within the Motorsport Industry are highly beneficial.   Specialized Knowledge and Skills: Strong communication skills, written and verbal. An ability to read and interpret technical drawings and information pertaining to assembly, periodic updates and modifications. A comprehensive understanding of composite repair methods including bond preparation, resin selection, and laminating techniques gained in a trackside environment, with the ability to apply these skills often in a limited time frame and under pressure. Basic fabrication and machining skills. Work to a consistently high standard in stressful and time sensitive situations. Quick decision-making skills whilst working through problems in a scientific and analytical way. Work well within a team environment with personnel at all levels. A sympathetic approach to your work colleagues and an ability to integrate within a group environment. A can-do positive approach and a willingness to help others is essential.   Equipment and Applications: Solid computer knowledge, preferred experience in Microsoft Office products, Microsoft Dynamics 365 and 3DX. Mechanical aptitude. Ability to follow complex regulations related to shipment of materials and facility maintenance requirements.   Work Environment Physical Demands: An ability to work and prioritize within a high pressure, time sensitive environment while retaining a methodical approach is essential. The role may require domestic and international travel and a willingness to work long and flexible hours including weekends.   This position may require lifting to 50 pounds, repeated bending, squatting and manual dexterity.     General Summary: This position reports to the Head of Vehicle Science or their designee and is based in Banbury, UK.  The position involves design, development, and application of advanced simulation tools with a strong focus on tyres, and any such tools that are used in the continuous improvement of the performance of car. This position requires support during race weekends from factory and attendance to a limited number of trackside races and tests.   Key Responsibilities:   General Promote teamwork and effective communications to develop working relationships between all personnel and departments. Follow all safety regulations in all venues. Other duties as assigned by the Head of Vehicle Science or their designee. Factory Design, develop and continually assess the correlation of both physical and empirical tyre models whilst conducting research to seek improvements on the modelling techniques. Support the Design Office and other departments in the design of cars and tools with simulations and data driven approaches. Design, development, and correlation of tools aimed at analysing the tyre performance on track, on the rigs and when used on simulation tools (i.e. lap sim, DIL, HIL, etc). Collaborate with software engineers on the design and development of tools used to monitor the performance of tyres. Develop the necessary infrastructure for fitting physical and empirical tyre models to track and/or rig data. Manage and maintain the tyre catalogues to provide a comprehensive set of parameters, populate all simulation and analysis tools with the most precise and up-to-date information. Lead the monitoring of the performance of all sensors directly and indirectly related to tyres. Lead and maintain any collaboration with Electronics and Control System departments in detecting and reporting malfunctioning of sensors. Propose solutions and/or support the investigation with a data driven approach. Supervise and mentor junior engineers with their contribution to the team activities.   Trackside Formulate pre-event simulations and reporting to support Race Engineering with the event preparation. Complete post-event analysis and reporting of tyre performance with focus on improving the performance of the tyres and the tools involved. Support race and test event through the entire weekend by following the sessions live from the factory or at the track. Assist Race Engineering, Vehicle Performance and Strategy departments to monitor and optimize the car performance. Support Race Engineering by providing the tyre performance analysis report and answer to specific focus points when requested at the end of each session. Collaborate and assist Electronics and Control Systems department to monitor live the performance of sensors directly and indirectly related to tyres.   Testing Propose tyre test items, for all trackside testing opportunities and report the findings with a data driven approach. Review of the testing techniques and suggest changes for improvements. Responsible for the management of projects; from outsourced bench testing activities: define objectives, test plans, data post-processing, analysis and reporting. Work with internal and external test engineers to improve experimental test facilities and processes.   Education and Work Experience: Comprehensive knowledge of all onboard sensors and instrumentations generally used to monitor tyres performance and operating conditions. Extensive Vehicle Dynamics experience. Accurate understanding of techniques for analysis in the frequency and special domains. In-depth knowledge of tyre thermal and mechanical modelling techniques.   Specialized Knowledge and Skills: Strong communication skills, written and verbal.     General Summary: This position reports to the Model Maker Team Leader or their designee; is based in Castelnuovo Rangone and/or Maranello, Italy. The role primarily involves supporting activities related to the logistic of materials for wind tunnel testing, the preparation of components, and the routine and extraordinary maintenance of equipment and the model of a Formula 1.   Key Responsibilities: Promote teamwork and effective communication to foster working relationships across all staff and departments. Transport materials to support the preparation of components and/or wind tunnel tests using company vehicles. Collaborate with the model makers team and the Logistic Coordinator to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met. Work with the Logistic Coordinator to carry out Haas Aero logistical activities between factory facilities, suppliers, and the wind tunnel. Availability to occasionally perform rotating weekend shifts. Perform routine inspections and checks of mechanical assemblies or individual components. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including vehicles and tools. Willingness to participate in wind tunnel testing on a rotational basis during weekends. In some cases, the use of a personal vehicle may be required, particularly for business trips or transportation tasks, with mileage reimbursement provided. Provide support in resolving mechanical, electronic, and logistical issues. Assist the model shop with operations necessary to inspect and prepare the model for wind tunnel testing. Take part in the preparation of parts to be tested in the wind tunnel. Comply with all safety regulations in all working environments.     General Summary: This position reports to the Financial Controller or their designee; is located in Banbury, UK. This role plays a significant part in financial reporting and tax compliance for the Haas F1 Team group entities.   Key Responsibilities: Promote teamwork and effective communications to develop working relationships between all personnel and departments. Timely production of management reporting including but not limited to fixed assets, accruals, prepayments, payroll etc. Balance sheet reconciliations with accurate supporting documentation. Calculation and processing of intercompany recharges. Quarterly reconciliations between Haas Formula Italia’s statutory ledgers and management reporting. Preparation of detailed audit schedules for annual statutory audits. Act as the primary point of contact and take responsibility for completing or overseeing tax-related tasks alongside the Financial Accountant in the following areas: UK VAT returns Italian tax compliance Driver withholding tax returns R&D tax credit claims Annual review of Transfer Pricing Policy Liaising with AP team on Tax payments Serving as the main contact for tax authorities Assist with other compliance/reporting activities and with ERP system upgrades. Other compliance/reporting activities (IR35, ONS, SECR, ESOS etc). Lead in the development of the Financial Accountant. Follow all safety regulations in all venues.     General Summary: 
    This position reports to the Team Leader Model Maker or their designee; is located in Castelnuovo Rangone and/or Maranello, Italy. The role will primarily involve activities related to the creation, maintenance, repair, and development of a scale F1 model and its associated wind tunnel tests. This position serves as one of the key references for wind tunnel model preparation activities before, during, and after testing.
    Key Responsibilities: Promote teamwork and effective communication to foster working relationships across all staff and departments. Assembly and maintenance of a Formula 1 wind tunnel model, using components manufactured with various innovative techniques. Collaborate with the team of model makers and the Team Leader Model Maker to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met. Preparation, inspection, and repair of parts to be tested in the wind tunnel. Work closely with the Logistics Coordinator to define and optimize the scheduling of part preparation activities in terms of timing and quality. Collaborate with the design department to resolve issues and improve the efficiency and quality of the assembly and part preparation process. Willingness to work in shifts and on weekends during wind tunnel operations. Minimize execution times while ensuring high-quality results. Clearly communicate the status of ongoing activities. Perform routine inspections and checks on mechanical, electronic assemblies, or individual components. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including tools and equipment. Troubleshoot mechanical, electronic, and pneumatic issues on the model or its components. Conduct inspections and prepare the wind tunnel model using specialized equipment, software, and advanced modeling techniques. Potential responsibility for a specific area of the model, certain mechanical/electronic parts, or a particular technology/process. Act as a mentor and guide for junior team members. Follow all safety regulations in all venues. Other duties as assigned by the Team Leader Model Maker or their designee.
    Education and Work Experience: A high school diploma with a technical focus or equivalent is required. Category B driving license. Extensive previous experience as a model maker in motorsport or high-tech workshops.
    Specialized Knowledge and Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to read technical and electrical diagrams. Precision, reliability, and a results-oriented mindset. A fair understanding of the English language. Knowledge of key automotive systems and mechanical equipment. A reliable and flexible attitude. Ability to work independently or with minimal supervision. Work to a consistently high standard in stressful and time sensitive situations. Quick decision-making skills whilst working through problems in a scientific and analytical way. Work well within a team environment with personnel at all levels. A sympathetic approach to work colleagues and an ability to integrate within a group environment. A can-do positive approach and a willingness to help others is essential.
    Equipment and Applications: Computer with Microsoft Office. Category B driving license. In some cases, the use of a personal vehicle may be required, particularly for business trips or transportation tasks, with mileage reimbursement provided.
    Work Environment Physical Demands:
    An ability to work and prioritize within a high pressure, time sensitive environment while retaining a methodical approach is essential. The role may require some, occasional domestic, international travel and a willingness to work long and flexible hours including weekends. This position may require lifting to 50 pounds, repeated bending, squatting and manual dexterity. Fast-paced work environment requiring heavy mental demands. Work environment includes machinery, race cars, 7-post and other rigs, grinding debris, and hazardous fluids. All employees must ensure compliance with the Company Health and Safety Policy, and all relevant other statutory Health and Safety legislation.
