We are expanding our butchery and farm shop with a new butchers kitchen. We're looking a skillful, creative butcher with a passion for curing, cooking and butchery, curing and cooking, training can be provided on site. We are looking for full time and part time applicants to work in main butchery and/or butchery kitchen. Deersbrook Farm are looking for a passionate, highly motivated and experienced butcher to join our on farm butchery and farm shop. The butchery is growing and we are excited to recruit a skillful butcher with experience in curing and cooking (although training for these can be provided). An excellent understanding and knowledge of the trade is essential. Requirements: Skilled butcher with cutting, boning and knife skills; Commitment to operating and maintaining high standards of safety and hygiene; Demonstrated history of working on your own initiative; Excellent customer service and communication skill.
