Provide comprehensive driver and operational support, including live route monitoring, performance oversight, full driver debriefs, and identification of safety, vehicle, and housekeeping concerns
Maintain accurate administrative, compliance, and operational records, including spreadsheets, trackers, vehicle documentation (MOT, repairs, inspections), and warehouse/inventory logs
Support planning and operational continuity by managing inboxes, updating route instructions, monitoring stock levels (PPE, uniforms, supplies), and initiating replenishments
