Key Responsibilities Commercial Strategy & Execution Develop and implement commercial plans aligned with retrofit and OEM strategic objectives. Drive market penetration, revenue growth, and profitability across product and service lines. Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to identify opportunities. Sales Enablement & Support Partner with regional sales teams to deliver training, tools, and resources that support successful selling. Collaborate with marketing to ensure campaigns and messaging align with customer needs and value propositions. Support pricing strategy, discount structures, and channel programs to maximize sales effectiveness. Customer & Dealer Engagement Build strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and key accounts to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Act as the voice of the customer in internal decision-making, ensuring solutions address real-world grower challenges. Partner with customer success and service teams to drive adoption and retention. Cross-Functional Leadership Work closely with product management to influence roadmap priorities based on commercial insights. Collaborate with finance on forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking. Align with operations to ensure supply and delivery meet market commitments. Performance Measurement Track, report, and analyze commercial performance metrics, ensuring transparency and accountability. Recommend corrective actions to meet or exceed targets. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experiences in Business, Marketing, Agriculture, or related field. 7+ years of experience in commercial, sales, or business development roles, ideally within ag tech, agriculture equipment, or related industries and 3+ years leading teams. Strong understanding of precision agriculture, digital farming solutions, retrofit sales, and dealer/distribution networks. Proven success in developing and executing commercial strategies with measurable results. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Strong analytical and financial acumen with the ability to interpret market data and P&L drivers. The position is authorized to establish a customs organization in the UK and Ireland on their own responsibility in consultation with the Foreign Trade Compliance EME Manager. To this end, all means of communication and measures necessary to achieve the objectives must be used, while always complying with all relevant guidelines. Special requirements must be agreed in advance with the Foreign Trade Compliance EME Manager.  The office reports directly to Manager Foreign Trade Compliance EME and is authorized to define processes and documentations in GB and IE aiming a European wide process standardization in customs and foreign trade.

    Your Impact: Monitor and enforce adherence to customs and foreign trade regulations across all national facilities, including plants and warehouses in GB and IE. Supervise import/export activities and ensure accurate tax documentation. Analyse, refine, and design customs processes in collaboration with the Foreign Trade Compliance Manager EME, aiming for Europe-wide standardization. Create, maintain and update procedural, organizational, and operational guidelines. Act as the primary contact for national authorities, service providers, and internal teams regarding customs and foreign trade matters. Represent the organization during audits and manage Intrastat reporting. Serve as SAP key user for ERP, TA e2open, and other customs-related applications. Oversee technical administration of software interfacing with authorities, maintain master data (e.g., customs tariff, dual-use items, origin data – supported by shared service center) and solve operational challenges. Lead internal training initiatives related to customs and foreign trade. Drive the development of the national customs organization and enhance monitoring systems in alignment with European standards.  Your Experience and Qualifications: Experience in operational customs clearance, preferential and non-preferential origin, Customs valuation, prohibitions and restrictions Experience in customs administration (Application / maintenance of permits, simplifications, deferments) Knowledge of British regulations affecting international trade Process and IT affinity completed by Creativity and independent way of working Willingness to continue learning.
