    JOB PURPOSE
    ISC are seeking a creative and driven Marketing Executive to play a key role in our expanding team.     MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
    Plan, create and publish engaging content across ISC's social media platforms.Regularly update and maintain our website with news, updates, and project case studies.Assist with the execution of effective marketing campaigns that will increase our brand visibility and awareness.Assist with marketing materials and artwork.Support on-site branding efforts, including signage and banners.Monitor, analyse and report on marketing performance.Assist colleagues across the business with presentations and design requirements.Plan, organise and assist with company events and trade shows.Support the Group Marketing Manager with day-to-day activities and agreed marketing tasks.Collaborate with other teams across the GRS Group as required.Responsibility for compliance and discharging legal duties with regards to HR and Health & Safety to promote a safe, equitable and legally compliant work place.

    JOB PURPOSE

    MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
    To organise the day-to-day planning of the transport fleet in a fuel-efficient manner. To utilise the fleet to maximise payload and reduce waste.Liaise with our customer base both internal and external to meet timed deliveries. To manage any customer complaints with speed and accuracy, resolving invoice queries.Proactively interact with our drivers to maximise their workload in a safe and efficient operation.Report daily on Jobs completed to you line manager. Detailing any lost or non-completed jobs.Manage daily job sheet returns from drivers to process to head office and invoicing.Work with the Compliance team to make sure all vehicles are compliant, to move the vehicles to relevant inspection sites as appropriate and directed.To be proactive and assist in winning more customers.To manage and process check driver's tickets - making sure all tickets are correctly completed with job details, order numbers and signatures.To assist in growing our external customer base.Identify daily any vehicle / Driver issues.Book 3rd party haulage including pallet network.Monitor and manage external haulage spend. Responsibility for compliance and discharging legal duties with regards to HR and Health & Safety to promote a safe, equitable and legally compliant work place.

    JOB PURPOSE
    We are seeking an experienced Tug Master to join our team on the River Thames.Role includes ensuring safe, efficient and compliant towage operations.
    MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
    Safely command and navigate tug vessels.Conduct towage operations including ship assist and barge movements.Operate under the International Safety Management (ISM) Code.Promote strong safety culture.Lead, mentor and manage crew.Ensure vessel maintenance and reporting.

    GRS Stone Supplies is a joint venture business within the GRS Group, the country's number one trader of primary, recycled and secondary aggregates in the construction industry. GRS Stone Supplies currently operate 3 inert landfills and 1 waste treatment station within the Southwest, with the capacity to accept in excess of 1.5 million tonnes of Construction, Demolition and Excavation waste per annum. We are looking to recruit a Technical Waste Advisor to join our Environmental & Compliance Team to support our growth plans.

    THE ROLE
    The Technical Waste Advisor is responsible for assessing and classifying waste to determine its suitability for our facilities, ensuring full compliance with Waste Acceptance Procedures, environmental permits, legal and regulatory requirements. The role involves reviewing technical data, liaising with customers, and occasionally attending site visits to support waste assessments and segregation controls are in place. The Advisor will also coordinate onsite verification testing, ensure timely sampling, and confirm laboratory results meet our Waste Acceptance Criteria. Strong administration, IT (particularly Excel), and analytical skills are essential to ensure enquiries are accurately logged and approved jobs are set up correctly within our systems. Where waste is unsuitable for our facilities, the Advisor will support the sales team in identifying alternative treatment or disposal options.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
    The duties are many and varied, but the list below is considered to be the basic requirement:
    In conjunction with the Environmental Compliance Manager, ensure day-to-day compliance of waste movements with the region.Review ground & site investigation report / soil reports / basic characterisation and waste classifications to support the acceptance of waste into our facilities.Approve/reject material, looking for opportunities to segregate material where possible.Record all waste enquiries on SoilFLO, our waste acceptance and weighbridge system.When required, dealing with the customers / sites - either directly or alongside the sales personnel - to advise and assist on waste matters, whether this be over the phone or onsite.Co-ordinate and support the management of our onsite verification testing procedures at each of our sites. To include, site testing, coordinating couriers, assessing and recording the results, and confirming whether the results meet our internal acceptance criteria.Escalate any non-conformance and support any corrective measures accordingly. Liaise with consultants and laboratories to support the compliance of our business activities.Advise on waste classifications and characterisation, potential disposal points or any other options that may offer a commercial gain.Responsibility for compliance and discharging legal duties with regards to HR and Health & Safety to promote a safe, equitable and legally compliant workplace.  
    KNOWLEDGE, TRAINING, QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED TO DO THE JOB
    GCSEs in Maths, English and Science (essential); BSc Environmental Science (desirable). Knowledge of Duty of Care requirements, waste legislation, WM3 guidance, Landfill Directive and CD&E waste. Strong analytical, problemsolving and communication skills, with the ability to interpret complex technical information. Experience in soil analysis interpretation, WM3 hazardous waste classification, Waste Acceptance Criteria assessment and waste management (essential). Desirable experience in environmental permitting, soil sampling and HazWasteOnline. Proficient IT skills, particularly Microsoft Excel. PEOPLE ARE AT THE HEART OF EVERYTHING WE DO
