Due to the large current market opportunities that this sector is currently seeing, they require a Senior Project Manager, based in London but working throughout the UK & Europe. You will need to bring your skills to deliver key projects for them on time and on budget while creating and maintaining relationships with their clients.
    You will report to an operations director, however you will be given full responsibility and have autonomy to drive and successfully deliver your projects.
    Key Objectives
    · High level of commercial acumen with a proven track record of working in preconstruction, project procurement and project execution phases. · Have implemented and used appropriate project controls to oversee successful major project delivery. · Experience of identifying and implementing continuous improvement in a project environment. · Experience of actively contributing to the development, analysis and implementation of business strategy and analysis. · Track record of successfully managing and controlling costs, delivering against deadlines, maintaining quality and progression on major projects. · Evidence of building effective relationships with clients.

    The team works across both residential and commercial property types. We require a person with good knowledge and experience in providing both professional and project management services on a range of property types within Greater London and into the Home Counties.
    Main Duties
    Undertaking Pre-Acquisition / Due Diligence Surveys across a range of building types Acting as Party Wall Surveyor for both Building and Adjoining Owners Acting as Dilapidations surveyor for both Landlords and Tenants Production of Condition Surveys / Planned Maintenance Strategies Undertaking inspections and producing Defect Diagnosis Reports, Schedules of Condition and Reinstatement Cost Assessments (RCA’s) for Insurance Purposes Acting as CA / PM on a range of projects including External Decorations / Residential Refurbishment / Commercial Fit Out Assisting with the development and progression of junior members of staff towards Chartership Tracking instructions and associated fees.
