About The Opportunity We’re seeking a Treasury Manage r to join our global treasury team in London — someone who’s ready to step into a high-impact role in a dynamic, startup-style environment, with the resources and reach of a global fintech leader. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of corporate finance, banking, and digital assets while gaining a front-row view into the inner workings of a global crypto business. What You’ll Do Act as the Treasurer for assigned entities in the UK, US, and select European jurisdictions. Take full ownership of treasury management: liquidity planning, bank account oversight, FX risk management, and short-term investment strategies. Manage day-to-day treasury operations with accuracy, speed, and a problem-solving mindset. Partner with Finance Operations to execute internal financing activities — including capital injections, dividend distributions, and intercompany loans. Play a key role in growing OKX’s new Global Treasury Centre in London. Lead and participate in group-wide and cross functional projects , driving process standardization and alignment with global best practices. Represent the treasury team in market-facing relationships with banks, partners, and service providers. What You Bring Bachelor’s degree or above from a leading university; MBA preferred. 3–4 years of experience in corporate treasury, corporate finance, or banking. Proven leadership track record, ideally in competitive environments (sports, high-performance teams, or project leadership). In-house banking experience is a plus; digital asset/crypto experience is an advantage but not required. Strong analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to thrive under tight deadlines. A self-starter mindset — proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn new skills. Confidence in managing external relationships and representing the company in the market. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across global teams. The Finance team Our vision is that our Finance team plays a central part of the business, somewhere the Board can rely on to support strategic planning. The team are thought leaders in relation to finance, regulatory, planning and strategic matters. You'll be reporting directly to our Treasurer, as well as working closely with other functions of the business. You will have a real and meaningful impact on the success of the Finance function at Griffin, as we lay the foundations of the future of global financial infrastructure. Who are you The ideal candidate for this job will have most of the following: 2–5 years of experience in treasury function in banking or financial services sector Confident working in Excel or Google Sheets Familiar with or eager to learn about liquidity and capital regulation (e.g., CRR, Basel III, LCR, NSFR, IRRBB) Strong analytical skills, with a careful eye for detail Proactive, self-starter, and able to operate independently We’re hybrid-remote, and most of your colleagues will not share an office with you on a day-to-day basis. Daily reporting: you’ll produce the daily treasury dashboard covering liquidity, capital, and interest rate risk while maintaining and improving the processes behind our management information Monthly reporting: you’ll support our month-end cycle (including preparing materials for ALCO), calculate interest income on treasury assets (such as treasury bills, supranational bonds, and covered bonds) and deliver monthly reporting on deposits, interest-earning assets, net interest income, and customer profitability Cash-flow forecasting: you’ll prepare daily and intra-day cash-flow forecasts to flag any surplus or shortfall and update key balances, including the Bank of England Reserve Account, liquid assets, and customer deposit positions Maintaining treasury mandates: you’ll ensure authorised signatory lists, counterparty lists, and user-access levels are consistently accurate and up to date. Other responsibilities: You’ll prepare capital-issuance submission forms and reconcile treasury balances and transactions, ensuring all activity is accurately recorded and well documented.
