Work with colleagues across the business to solve complex property management issues as they arise Refit Program - Lead onthe property contribution to our ambitious refit program, reviewing leases to confirm suitability for refit and liaising with landlord's to agree licences for alterations where required. About you You will fit right into this role if you: Are a qualified Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) Have experience working in Landlord and Tenant and/or Property Management Have a full driving licence Are willing to travel throughout the UK as required by the job (once or twice a month with overnight stays possible) Have a track record of forming and strengthening trusted relationships with business stakeholders Can demonstrate excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail Can demonstrate a proven ability to provide excellence in customer service Can multi-task and work with multiple priorities at pace, delivering results within tight timescales Are self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure and using own initiative Enjoy being part of a hard-working team, sharing the same end goal, and celebrating results together Are supportive of an inclusive culture recognising and valuing that difference is good Want to develop and are ready to work alongside some great people and have lots of fun on your Greggs journey!
