    The Media Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting Greene King's digital teams by tracking, analysing, and reporting on the performance of social media, paid media campaigns, and organic search across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google Search, online video, and display for our multiple brands.Tactically, the analyst will produce, maintain, and enhance clear, actionable reports, providing insights to guide day-to-day activities and help teams understand what’s working and where improvements can be made. They will also support testing and experimentation programmes to improve campaign effectiveness.Strategically, the analyst will review cross-channel performance to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimisation, supporting future media planning and ensuring activity delivers maximum impact.The analyst will act as a data steward, ensuring media and search data is collected, processed, and reported accurately and consistently, in line with best-practice standards.Additionally, the analyst will collaborate closely with teams across digital, marketing, insight, and finance stakeholders to ensure media reporting aligns with wider business goals and supports informed decision-making.AccountabilitiesUtilise Power BI and Sprinklr to produce, maintain, and enhance comprehensive reports and dashboards, integrating Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok), paid media campaigns, online video, display, Google Trends, GSC, and other relevant data sources across 13+ brands.Track, analyse, and report on the performance of social, paid, and organic channels, providing actionable insights to guide day-to-day activities and optimise campaign effectiveness.Conduct deep-dive analysis across channels to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, supporting both tactical adjustments and strategic media planning.Support testing and experimentation programmes to enhance campaign performance and inform future media strategies.Understand how social and paid media traffic impacts website performance, collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate media metrics with web analytics.Work with large, complex datasets from multiple sources, performing advanced analysis to extract actionable insights and create clear, visually impactful reports.Act as a data steward, ensuring media and search data is accurately collected, processed, and reported, maintaining governance and high-quality standards across all platforms.
    Qualifications

    3+ years of experience as a hands-on data, digital, or social media analyst.Practical experience using Sprinklr (or a similar tool) for social media reporting and analytics.Proficient in Excel and experienced with SQL for querying and manipulating data.Expertise in Power BI, with experience creating dashboards and data visualisations.Familiarity with a variety of data visualisation tools and techniques.Experience working in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment.Strong experience in stakeholder management at various levels of the organisation.Proven ability to solve complex problems using data and translate insights into clear, actionable outputs.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex and technical concepts to non-specialists.Demonstrated ability to identify trends and patterns in data and drive commercial impact based on insights.

    As the CRM Campaign Manager you will drive the delivery of best-in-class customer engagement programs (email, push, mobile and more) to retain existing customers, increase brand loyalty and grow customer lifetime value. 
     
    Managing our day-to-day brand email program, where no two campaigns are the same, you can expect a fast-paced, creative and commercial environment where you can make a real impact for both the business and millions of Greene King customers. As we further develop our customer engagement and data strategy, you will bring new communication channels into the mix.  Key Accountabilities Own the CRM communication plan, working alongside brand marketing teams to ensure we have the best campaigns in place to drive incremental transactions, email/app engagement and retention Manage all day-to-day CRM operations and ensure all communications have engaging, dynamic content and effective responsive designs, informed by customer insight across multiple Greene King brands and formats Build and plan effective test & learn strategies to gain more campaign response insight, and continuously improve communications and ensure these are fully compliant with GDPR/PECR Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to determine the requirements of upcoming campaigns, including receiving/writing briefs, campaign creation, QA proofing, managing sign-off and presentation of results Manage and develop a team of 2 (internal) and 3rd party campaign agencies (external) Define and establish CRM campaign KPIs and create strategies and plans to achieve these Apply the appropriate tactics to grow the number of new and active CRM users To develop segmented marketing campaigns that add relevancy and personalise all guest communications To oversee CRM projects and programmes, including closed group employee, friends and family & shareholder discount schemes To collaborate with all digital trading and UX SMEs to support the ongoing development of all digital channels (including websites, email, SMS, social media, apps) To manage the CRM campaign budget and ensure this is spent in the best areas that maximise return for the business To create brilliant relationships with all business divisions and support teams
    Qualifications
