Required Skills:
Minimum of 4 years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a senior accounting role.
Experience with financial reporting, general ledger management, month-end and year-end close processes.
CPA designation or working towards is preferred.
Strong knowledge of accounting ERP software
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Understanding of GAAP and other accounting regulations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to communicate financial concepts clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
