    Job Summary
    We are looking for an experienced Construction Site Logistics Manager for a multi-million-pound project based in Manchester. The Logistics Manager will be responsible for coordinating the movement of people, materials, and equipment on-site at all times. You will lead a small team of key operatives, ensuring that all deliveries are planned and executed in line with the construction programme.

    Job Description:
    The Logistics Manager shall:
    · Organise and execute the site setup according to the agreed site Logistics Plan and Emergency plan at the company, standard level: protection of existent finished surfaces, site safety signage and notice boards, safety routes, fire points, PPE.
    · Manage a team of operatives: a traffic marshal, a goods lift driver , a welfare man and labourers.
    · Co-ordinate with Defence security, planning deliveries in time with our construction programme.
    · Manage the site welfare facilities.
    · Organise and manage our offsite loading bay.
    · Responsible with waste management, segregation of waste on site and waste collections.
    · Responsible with movement of plant and materials from drop-off point in loading bay to designated areas on site.
    · Create a Logistics H&S folder with weekly inspections of hired electrical or mechanical equipment, inspections
    of fire points, daily briefings to operatives, inspections of temporary works on site, operative’s allocation sheets, RAMS.
    · Assist in weekly project team meetings to identify and resolve the logistics issues due to continuing physical site changes.
    · Responsible with communicating and implementing the site rules to all operatives on site.
    · Responsible with managing the emergency situations on site: accident, fire, power cut.

    Job Description

    The Site Agent shall:

    Undertake the management and mentoring of Site Engineers and Section Engineers Support the Project Manager in driving forward the construction phase of the project Liaise with the Project Manager to manage, control and allocate all project resources Support the Project Manager in planning the construction phase of the project Compile and review work package plans and other management plans Support the Project Manager to deliver project within programme and budget Work closely with the Planning department to obtain accurate and reliable programme data Monitor and report on contractual requirements Manage and monitor subcontractors and supplier relationships Communicate with commercial staff to ensure records are prepared in a timely fashion Ensure all Health and Safety procedures are being complied with Implementing and attending weekly and monthly site meetings Compile daily activity briefings and complete site diary as required Assist in Managing Quality & Environmental plans on site Ensure work is delivered in accordance with the specification Assist with preparing project close-out report Work to the Graham IMS Take part in and promote a Safety Culture with the entire site team

    The Opportunity
    We are seeking an experienced Externals Site Manager to join our Building Division in Leeds, supporting the Senior Project Manager with the external works phase of the £ Million Dyecoats project. This role requires extensive experience in managing external packages, particularly Brickwork, SFS, Cladding, and ideally Landscaping. This role plays a critical part in shaping responsible practices, monitoring performance, and driving continuous improvement aligned with corporate targets and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities
    •Develop and maintain Construction Environmental Management Plans and associated documentation
    •Provide proactive support and expert advice to operations teams on sustainability matters
    •Collect, analyse, and report environmental data including waste, fuel, and procurement metrics
    •Conduct regular compliance audits and support resolution of environmental incidents
    •Liaise with subcontractors to ensure alignment with environmental control standards
    •Support applications for permits, licences, and exemptions, and manage de-registrations
    •Assist in site, regional and divisional performance reviews across sustainability domains
    •Monitor targets and recommend strategies for environmental improvement
    •Develop case studies showcasing sustainable best practices and innovations
    •Identify and propose sustainable solutions for projects and industry-wide initiatives
    •Design and deliver environmental and climate awareness training sessions
    •Create content for internal communications such as advice notes and sustainability reports
    •Coordinate and compile submissions for environmental and sustainability awards
    •Contribute to PQQs, bids and tenders with sustainability input
    •Support implementation of Carbon Management aligned with PAS accreditation
    •Assist in evidence collation for BREEAM and / or other sustainability certifications

    Essential Criteria
    •Relevant qualification in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related field
    •Knowledge of the construction or infrastructure sector, in an environmental role
    •Strong understanding of environmental regulations, permits, and compliance
    •Demonstrable experience with environmental reporting and data analysis
    •Effective communicator with ability to influence and engage diverse stakeholders
    •Experience delivering training and creating educational resources
    •Knowledge of sustainability frameworks (e.g. PAS , BREEAM) Desirable Criteria
    •Chartered Environmentalist or working toward professional accreditation
    •Minimum 3+ years relevant experience in a similar role
    •Previous experience of working on Environment Agency and/or flood alleviation schemes
    •Experience contributing to award submissions and innovation projects
    •Familiarity with carbon assessment tools and lifecycle analysis
    •Experience with digital platforms for sustainability reporting and collaboration
    •Awareness of biodiversity, circular economy, and low-carbon procurement practices

    Job Summary
    We are searching for an experienced Site Engineer to provide engineering support to the Section Engineer and Site Management team on projects under our NI Water Framework in Northern Ireland. We’re looking for someone who has experience as a Site Engineer already and who has good experience with Setting-Out. We work collaboratively, so good communication skills are key too. Ideally, you’ll have experience working with a Main Contractor on Civil Engineering Developments. Experience with Water/Wastewater projects would be advantageous, but not essential.
    Job Description
    The Site Engineer Shall:
    • Undertake Surveying and Setting Out duties.
    • Check drawings and quantities.
    • Schedule selected materials for ordering from the procurement department.
    • Plan the work and efficiently organise site operations to meet an agreed programme of deadlines.
    • Liaise with any consultants and sub-contracts engaged in the project as necessary.
    • Supervise and monitor the site labour force and monitor the work of any sub-contractors.
    • Ensure Health, Safety and Environmental requirements are adhered to.
    • Ensure quality records necessary to meet quality requirements are maintained.
    • Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
    • Arrange testing of materials.
    • Undertake the testing and calibration of instruments used.
    • Keep a Site Diary.
    • Fully interact with other members of the construction site team (team player).
    • Liaise with other function/departmental managers.
    • Introduce improvements and innovation where appropriate to areas of responsibility.
    • Other duties as required by the Site Manager to facilitate construction of the works.
