Were seeking an experienced Maintenance Estimator to join our Belfast team, playing a key role in delivering hassle-free environments for clients and supporting engineers with expertise. Reporting to the Contracts Director, we are looking for a professional who can bring proven knowledge of estimating practices, commercial awareness, and the ability to influence outcomes across complex contracts. Location: Redditch Hours Per Week: Monday - Friday, 40 Hours Job Type: Permanent / Full Time Benefits: Car Allowance /Up to 36 days paid annual leave / Excellent Company Pension / Free Life Assurance 6 times annual salary / Training and Development / Discounted Private Health Care Scheme / Discounted Gym Membership The individual may be based in our Belfast or Redditch office, with occasional travel required across Ireland and the UK. The successful applicant must demonstrate experience in the following areas: Managing diverse contracts across both Public and Private sectors throughout the UK and Ireland. Conducting site surveys to assess building services and evaluate tender requirements. Engaging with clients and stakeholders to identify service needs and develop cost-effective, planned and reactive maintenance strategies. Preparing accurate cost estimates by inputting labour resources, materials, and specialist contractor prices into the Estimating Programme. Developing bid strategies in collaboration with the business development team to optimise contract award success. Participating in tender finalisation meetings to evaluate and refine proposals. Supporting procurement and operations teams during contract mobilisation. Building comprehensive market knowledge, including competitor analysis and delivery strategy options.
