The successful applicant must demonstrate experience in the following areas: Managing diverse contracts across both Public and Private sectors throughout the UK and Ireland. Conducting site surveys to assess building services and evaluate tender requirements. Engaging with clients and stakeholders to identify service needs and develop cost-effective, planned and reactive maintenance strategies. Preparing accurate cost estimates by inputting labour resources, materials, and specialist contractor prices into the Estimating Programme. Developing bid strategies in collaboration with the business development team to optimise contract award success. Participating in tender finalisation meetings to evaluate and refine proposals. Supporting procurement and operations teams during contract mobilisation. Building comprehensive market knowledge, including competitor analysis and delivery strategy options.
