With a strong commitment to innovation and sustainability, they focus on reducing waste and enhancing the recyclability of their products.The RoleWe are looking for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer with an electrical bias to join the team. Key responsibilities include:Performing daily preventative maintenance and routine safety inspections.Fault finding, diagnostics, and reactive maintenance to minimise downtime.Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on a variety of production machinery, including extruders and site services.Ensuring all breakdowns are addressed promptly and effectively while maintaining PPM schedules.Supporting project development and continuous improvement initiatives.Adhering to stringent health, safety, and environmental standards.Collaborating with operations teams to maximise production efficiency.Maintaining accurate and detailed maintenance records.RequirementsQualifications:HNC or Degree in an Engineering discipline.Proven experience in a production engineering environment.Skills & Experience:Strong fault-finding and problem-solving abilities.Hands-on experience in production maintenance.Excellent IT skills for maintenance tracking and reporting.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.A proactive and results-driven approach.BenefitsCompetitive salary of £41,500 per annum.Overtime rates: 1.5x Saturdays, 2x Saturday evening/Sunday.On-call rota every third week (minimum of 4 hours paid per call-out).25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.Company pension scheme.How to ApplyThis vacancy is being advertised by GPW Recruitment on behalf of our client.
