    No day will be the same - here are some of the highlightsAs a Key Account Manager, you will have responsibility for delivering an exceptional service to our most strategically significant customers, with a key focus on operational efficiency and customer retention. You will be responsible for your own portfolio of key accounts, as well as leading a team of Account Managers who are each responsible for their own portfolio. Responsibilities: Strategic relationship management: Act as the senior point of contact for key accounts and generators, building long-term partnerships through proactive engagement and structured reviews. Team leadership & coaching: Provide direct line management for a squad of Account Managers, role-modelling best practices and coaching the team to achieve KPIs and service standards. Portfolio health & performance: Take full ownership of the customer journey from onboarding to renewal, using data-led insights to manage performance and ensure payments are made within contractual timeframes. Risk & escalation management: Act as the primary escalation point for complex issues, monitoring commercial risks and deploying corrective actions to protect both the customer and the business. Commercial growth & strategy: Align customer strategic goals with Good Energy’s products to ensure high customer retention as well as identify and realise partnership and revenue-driving opportunities. Operational oversight: Collaborate with the Origination team and third-party specialists to ensure contractual adherence, accurate billing, and seamless end-to-end service delivery. Change & performance leadership: Drive team delivery during periods of significant growth, adapting approach and strategy where necessary and identifying efficiencies to improve team-wide working practices.

With major growth underway, this is a prime chance to develop, lead, and make a real impact on our future.  In this role, you’ll oversee the installation of commercial Solar PV systems, working closely with our Head of Commercial Operations and our installer teams to deliver high-quality, safe, and efficient projects. You’ll also be a key point of contact for customers, providing excellent service, answering questions, and ensuring they feel supported throughout the process.  This is a hands-on position were rolling up your sleeves is sometimes essential, whether that’s helping meet tight deadlines, supporting delayed projects, or covering unexpected absences. Most of your time will be spent on sites across the UK.   Responsibilities:  Project manage: Lead commercial Solar PV installations end-to-end including pre-start, handover meetings, and regular site visits to keep everything on track.  Health & safety: Ensure all sites meet health & safety legislation, providing the H&S team with accurate details so they can prepare site-specific RAMS and CPP.  Team communication: Make sure Team Leaders are delivering effective Toolbox Talks to site teams.  Leadership: Manage 2–4 installer teams, working closely with project leads to ensure efficient, high-quality installations.  Site management: Brief Team Leaders on upcoming jobs and maintain strong communication throughout each project to ensure smooth, predictable delivery.  Collaboration: Work with the Office team to coordinate materials, logistics, and support for each installation.  Ensuring quality: Resolve installation issues before handover, carrying out quality control checks and site inspections to ensure work meets our standards.  Inspection & handover: Inspect completed installs, troubleshoot issues, and lead final project completion and handover visits.  Customer contact: Provide clear, proactive communication to customers, acting as the first point of contact and escalating concerns when necessary.  Documentation: Keep accurate, up-to-date records, O&M information, test certificates, checkout photos, and any other key project documentation.  Policy & improvement: Follow company policies and contribute to continuous improvement across our processes and standards. 
    What you'll need to succeedWe’re searching for a fully qualified, experienced Site Manager and QS who’s passionate about personal growth and committed to delivering safe, high-quality Solar PV installations. You’ll bring strong site-team leadership experience, a customer-first mindset, and a solid focus on safety. Confident communication comes naturally to you, and you’re tech-savvy enough to handle the reporting and desk-based aspects of the role with ease.  We’re after someone who’s as comfortable leading from the front as they are rolling up their sleeves and supporting the team on the tools when needed.      Our head office is in Chippenham, Wiltshire, with additional offices and warehouses in Lincoln, Ringwood (Hampshire), and Kent. For this role, we’re looking for candidates based in the SOUTH. The position will involve some travel, including overnight stays.

    Our working hours are 40 a week, Monday - Friday.

    No day will be the same - here are some of the highlightsAs a Junior Project Manager at Good Energy, you'll be at the heart of delivering our renewable energy services and solar installations. Working under the close supervision of the Head of Commercial Operations, you'll manage diverse projects from start to finish, playing a key role in supporting our clients' journey to Net Zero. You'll build strong relationships with clients and ensure our projects are delivered smoothly and successfully.

    Responsibilities: Manage multiple renewable energy projects from initiation to completion. Retain strong relationships with client consultancies throughout the project lifecycle. Generate project quotes and develop detailed project programs. Monitor and measure project performance against key metrics (on time, in budget) using automated reporting. Schedule project activities and updates using our CRM system. Issue and follow up on invoices to ensure timely payments. Coordinate effectively with sub-contractors, site managers, and District Network Operators (DNOs). Provide regular updates to clients and present project progress in meetings. Assist with fault finding and problem resolution on projects. Collaborate with and delegate tasks to project administrators. Work closely with accounts and stock procurement teams. Undertake occasional site visits as required. 
    What you'll need to succeedWe're looking for an enthusiastic and confident self-starter who is eager to launch their career in renewable energy project management. You'll be a fast learner with excellent communication skills, ready to take on a variety of tasks and work collaboratively within a dynamic team.
