Mixture of 8/9 and 12hr shifts The Senior Infrastructure Engineer is key to the Service Delivery organization within the client Programme. It is both reactive and proactive. It is a customer facing position in a demanding support organization. The primary role is communication, having the ability to articulate complex problems to the customer in pressure situations, to think clearly and logically and to help resolve problems when they occur. This role is a 24/7 365 role. Senior Field Service Engineer will be required to fault find and repair a variety of IT equipment including Servers, PCs, Laptop, printer and point of sales systems (EPOS) at various Customer locations across the UK. HP/IBM/Dell.
