    Job introduction: Are you genuinely Passionate about providing a 5* Customer experience. If so, we have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Field Sales Executive to join our sales team. The role is a varied role with the main responsibility to provide customer-centric sales advice and support whilst working towards sales targets in accordance with company sales forecasts. The role also consists of administration of the sales process, liaising with purchasers, prospective purchasers, financial advisors, solicitors and estate agents and attending final inspections, customer hand-overs for all the regions sales outlets whilst maintaining an excellent customer experience. This position requires flexibility in terms of working hours and days of work, it is a varied and interesting one, encompassing skills and responsibilities from different areas, however is one of the most attractive opportunities, offering 2 in 4 weekends off. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in different environments and challenges, with the overarching goal to support the Gleeson mission of changing lives by providing quality, low cost homes where they are needed for the people who need them the most. At Gleeson we are continuously supporting ongoing learning and development opportunities for our Sales team to ensure you receive the relevant training, coaching, mentoring and support to succeed in your role. The Ideal Candidate: Selling Follow up all marketing leads Achieve target sales Meet with clients, assess their needs and qualify Actively sell the Gleeson Options range of Extras Liaise with all interested parties (clients, solicitors, estate agents, etc.) Customer follow-up Administration Market research and competitor analysis Maintain the customer enquiry database Computer skills including COINS (COINS training available and ongoing) Contract chasing Managing our PX portfolio, including visits to PX properties Manage monthly competitor reports Housekeeping Maintain the high standards of the sales areas and completed plots including external and internal monitoring, reporting, snagging and instructing. Ensure all design information produced is issued to the relevant internal and external departments in accordance with, and on schedule with the programme. Control the submission of Building Regulations and warranty applications, including discharge of conditions. Interact with internal departments, consultants, suppliers and sub-contractors as necessary in order to achieve Building Regulations and warranty approval and satisfactory conditions discharge. Provide sales team with drawing\specification information and support, to ensure that sales have the correct literature for communication with customers. Co-ordinate the appointment of utilities, including designs, quotes and any required agreements. Be aware of and act upon commercial implications relating to planning & architectural design; civil & structural engineering design; geotechnical & ground remediation strategies; statutory services - new supplies & diversions. Assist in the process of tendering for, setting-up and establishing on site management companies, whilst implementing the group procedures and ensuring all legal aspects in relation to various agreements. Interact with internal departments, consultants, suppliers and sub-contractors as necessary in order to achieve Building Regulations and warranty approval and satisfactory conditions discharge. Assist in the preparation of key status reports and updates on all KPIs relating to the Technical function. Co-ordinate the appointment of utilities, including designs, quotes and any required agreements. Responsible for managing the Adoption process.
