As Head of HR & OD, you will lead the development of a positive, high-performing workplace, shaping and delivering the College’s people management and development strategy. You will provide expert guidance across the organisation and drive continuous improvement in organisational effectiveness. The ideal candidate will hold a degree and postgraduate HRM qualification, be a full CIPD member, and have demonstrable experience leading HR and OD functions while delivering impactful, people-centred initiatives.
