• Introducing improvements/ recoveries on on-time delivery and quality from Customer Scorecards and delivery schedule adherence
• Preparing and analysing the Programme Performance Summary
• Support risk, opportunity and change management
• Input into Programme Improvement Plans including cost improvement, pricing initiatives, enable Zero Defects Manufacturing, redesign initiatives, gaining agreement with relevant stakeholders

Job Summary
With direct supervision our finance interns will be participating in various activities that can include monthly close, reporting, forecasting, annual budgets (AOP), industry research, and ad hoc requests with other development opportunities. All of the above activities are performed with an ownership mindset in a team environment demonstrating close collaboration within the Finance & Accounting teams and with cross-functional partners.
Our Internship/ Co-Op members commit to a 4-6 months of employment starting in during the academic year. Participant are expected to work 15 to 20 hours a week during the academic year and then 40 hours a week through summer months over a 12 week period, if applicable.
Job Responsibilities
• Gain knowledge of Fixed Asset Accounting, managing and maintaining accurate list of fixed assets.
• Learn to discover, interpret, and communicate meaningful patterns.
• Assists with AP and AR accounting execution
• Prepare and deliver month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing activities
• Performs balance sheet reviews and executes compliance requirements
• Maintain the integrity of business accounts and ledgers
• Assists with general ledger maintenance
• Assists with journal vouchers into local ERP system

Job Summary
Under the general direction of the Accounting Administrator Supervisor and/or Controller, the Accounting Administrator will perform accounting activities to ensure compliance with IFRS, corporate policies and external auditors. Performs duties in a timely manner. They possess strong organizational skills to maintain an efficient work environment as well as collaborate with team members and perform other adhoc duties as required/needed.
