Maintain and improve methods & performance levels to maximise efficiency of operation in line with account KPI's Environment: Ensure all requirements relating to safety, health, environment and quality are being fully implemented in the warehouse or escalate Who you are Proven experience in the FMCG distribution or logistics sector, with a deep understanding of supply chain operations. Project management qualifications (e.g. Prince2, PMP) and/or Lean Six Sigma certification. A track record of leading change management and delivering measurable improvements through continuous improvement initiatives. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify inefficiencies and implement sustainable solutions. Experience in developing and embedding process improvement methodologies. Excellent team leadership and project management skills, with the ability to inspire cross-functional teams. A collaborative approach that encourages innovation and empowers employees to contribute ideas. Previous experience working with Trade Unions is advantageous. Flexibility to adapt in a dynamic, evolving environment. Why Gist?
