The Role We are seeking a commercially astute and strategically minded Farms Director with experience of: • Managing complex agricultural and land-based operations • Leading large-scale root crop production • Holding full P&L responsibility, including budgeting • Driving operational performance while leading and developing teams • Overseeing and growing a diversified portfolio of business activities • Building trust with shareholders This is an exciting opportunity to lead a significant farming enterprise into its next chapter.
