    Get Golfing CIO is seeking a dedicated and reliable Kitchen Porter to join our team at Redlibbets Golf Club for weekend support. As a Kitchen Porter, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of our kitchen, ensuring it meets all health and safety standards. You will work alongside a team of experienced chefs and kitchen staff, gaining valuable experience and knowledge of the food and beverage industry. £12.21 per hour, with a requirement for weekend shifts and flexibility during the week, as per the needs of the business.ResponsibilitiesEnsuring all kitchen equipment and utensils are washed, dried, and put away properly.Maintaining high levels of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas.Helping with the preparation and plating of dishes.Assisting with stock control and ensuring all deliveries are stored correctly.Reporting all maintenance issues to the kitchen manager.Monitoring food waste and ensuring it is disposed of safely and correctly.Assisting the chefs with basic food preparation tasks.RequirementsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.A positive attitude and willingness to learn.Good communication skills and an ability to work well in a team.Willingness to maintain high levels of cleanliness and hygiene.Good timekeeping and organisational skills.Previous kitchen experience preferred, but not essential.Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings. 2x 6hr shifts across weekends, 2x 4hr shifts Monday - Friday (depending on business need)Benefits Pension Plans Training & Development Free Golf 50% discount on food and beverage Staff referral programme Read Less
