    About Get GolfingGet Golfing CIO, a charity with a mission to make golf more accessible for all, is seeking an experienced Clubhouse Manager to join our team at Mill Green Golf Club  This is an exciting opportunity to work for a thriving and dynamic organisation which manages and operates 13 sites with 7,000 members and over 160,000 visitors each year.  The successful candidate will be part of a £20m revenue company of 600 people which reinvests profits from its operations into its venues, courses, the development of its people, and importantly, community oriented charitable initiatives local to its sites. Our model is to maximise revenue through memberships, golf days, events, functions, and F&B. He/she will be accountable for all aspects of the day-to-day operations, including scheduling, staffing, recruitment, training, and development. The Clubhouse Manager will play a key role in creating a welcoming environment for members and guests and delivering exceptional experiences.Overall Responsibilities  1.     Clubhouse Operations Management:·    Oversee day-to-day operations of the clubhouse, managing opening and closing.·    Ensure clubhouse facilities are clean, organized, and well-maintained.Monitor inventory of supplies, equipment, and food/beverage items·    Maintain safety and security standards in compliance with health and safety regulations.1.    Customer Service, Member & Guest Relations:·    Greet members and guests, addressing needs and ensuring an exceptional experience.·    Ensure that food and beverage offerings meet the needs of our guests·    Own the weekly F&B operations plan to ensure continuous and profitable venue growth. ·    Handle member inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and efficiently.·    Coordinate and manage reservations, special requests, and event bookings.2.    Staff Management & Training:·    Hire, train, supervise, and schedule clubhouse staff, both full time and casual·    Directly manage the Head Chef to develop menus to meet financial parameters. ·    Manage and develop Clubhouse team members in line with key performance indicators. ·    Ensure staff provides high levels of customer service·    Ensure staff are knowledgeable about clubhouse policies and procedures.·    Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.3.    Event Planning & Coordination:·    Work closely with the marketing team to develop marketing campaigns for the venue·    Work with sales team to plan and organize clubhouse events, meetings, and activities·    Coordinate logistics for events, including catering, decorations, and AV equipment.·    Own and manage the overall guest experience within the Clubhouse and Event Spaces·    Ensure events run smoothly, from setup to breakdown.4.     Financial & Budget Management:·    Assist in the development of budgets for clubhouse operations and activities.·    Monitor and manage Clubhouse budgets, including labour and food costs ·    Monitor and control operational expenses to meet budget goals.·    Prepare reports on financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and trends.·    Develop and maintain systems for tracking inventory, ordering, and receiving supplies. 5.    Maintenance and Facility Management:·    Ensure that all clubhouse facilities are properly maintained and clean.·    Coordinate with maintenance staff for regular repairs and upkeep.6.     Compliance and Safety:·    Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, including food safety and alcohol service.·    Promote a safe environment for all, including emergency procedures & safety protocols.7.     Marketing and Customer Engagement:·    Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to promote the clubhouse and its services through member communications, social media, and other channels.Requirements ·    Experience in team management, leading both permanent and casual members of staff·    Experience in managing food and beverage operations within a hospitality environment. ·    Knowledge of inventory management, purchasing, and cost control techniques. ·    Proven track record in sales and delivering functions and events·    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, being client oriented and guest centric. ·    Ability to handle high-pressure situations, make quick decision and solve problems. ·    Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays in line with business demands Key Relationships·    Reports to General Manager·    Senior Colleagues;
