Our client is looking for an experienced and motivated Warehouse Manager to lead their Stores and Warehouse function. As Warehouse Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the efficient operation of the Stores department, ensuring products are received, stored, controlled and dispatched accurately and on time. You will lead and develop a dedicateAd team, drive high standards of performance and quality, and play a key role in supporting business objectives and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Lead the day-to-day operation of the warehouse and stores function, including goods-in, storage, stock control, picking, packing and dispatch. Manage, coach and develop the Stores team, creating a culture of accountability, engagement and high performance. Oversee inventory management, stock accuracy and stock rotation processes. Investigate stock discrepancies and implement effective corrective actions. Work closely with Production and Supply Chain teams to ensure customer orders are shipped in line with delivery targets. Monitor, analyse and report operational performance data and key KPIs. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and Lean principles to optimise productivity and reduce waste.
