About The Role As a Total Rewards Analyst, you will support the UK & Europe Head of Compensation and Benefits in supporting the region (UK, Belgium, Spain, France, Italy, Netherlands, Germany, Switzerland). This role will allow you to work on the different aspects of total rewards (Compensation, Benefits, Recognition and Wellness). Candidate will also partner with Global Rewards and HR Team.Your role requires the ability to interact with a wide variety of stakeholders both internal and external, across a complex and dynamic business environment.You'll Be Responsible For: Get a deep understanding of each country current benefits package and stay alert of market practices. Conduct reviews to current benefits package as needed based on those findings.Coordinate interaction with external providers to decide changes in the current benefits, introduction of new benefits, etc. Manage cost analysis as needed to present change proposalsUnderstand local regulations linked to benefits for UK & Europe.Interact with Benefits providers, procurement and legal to manage annual renewals.Complete annual Compensation, Benefits and HR policies surveys.Work on projects linked to Total rewards.Supports on compensation related requests including role evaluation and salary offers reviews, maintaining the integrity of career architecture and salary planning framework.Partner with Talent Acquisition and HRBP team to provide competitive offer recommendations.Conduct in-depth analysis of reward related data as required, including regulatory required analysis (UK Gender pay gap, etc).Supports Sales Compensation administration and bonus plans.Supports on promoting recognition and wellbeing initiatives.Supports the company-wide annual compensation planning cycle and partner with Global Rewards Team and project team (testing, communications, support to HRBP…)Review of salary structures, market and employee data analysis.Play a key role in the education of company reward practices and programs, managing internal trainings for global HR team.Partner with broader team on continuous improvement and process automation.What You'll Bring to the RoleTeam worker and comfortable working within international virtual teams.High knowledge of UK Benefits and local legislation, ideally also across Europe region.Experience in supporting Compensation and Benefits for different countries/regionsAgile thinking and adaptable to manage multi-project activities, and demanding timescales.Experience with market compensation surveys (WTW, …)Proficient IT skills, including advanced Excel knowledge. Workday Experience and Spanish knowledge would be highly valued.Must be detail oriented with strong, solution driven analytical skills.Skills & CompetenciesCollaboration - Building partnerships and working collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives.Customer Focus - Building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions.Manages Ambiguity - Operating effectively, even when things are not certain, or the way forward is not clearPersuades - Using compelling arguments to gain the support and commitment of others.Why You'll Love Working Here Competitive salaryMulticultural and hybrid working environmentPrivate Medical InsuranceEmployee Wellbeing BenefitsEducational Development Program About Cigna HealthcareCigna Healthcare, a division of The Cigna Group, is an advocate for better health through every stage of life. About The Role The HR Assistant is an integral part of the HR team, working proactively to deliver comprehensive HR support across all areas of this business. This is a busy and varied role covering all aspects of HR. You will need to have great verbal and written communication skills with the ability to deliver excellent customer service and build relationships with both internal and external customers.You will have previous HR administration experience in a busy office environment and excellent attention to detail.
