    Description: We are seeking a talented individual to join our Global Marketing team at Marsh McLennan. This role will be based in London. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.The Marketing Manager for Guy Carpenter UK and Europe will play a key role in supporting the Regional Senior Marketing Manager in driving impactful marketing initiatives across the region.This position is responsible for assisting in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, crafting clear positioning and messaging, producing collateral materials, and establishing and monitoring KPIs.The role involves close collaboration within the Guy Carpenter marketing team and across the broader Marketing and Communications Centers of Excellence (COEs) to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to campaign creation and launch. Additionally, the Marketing Manager will partner with sales, broking, and product teams as needed to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
     We will count on you to:Partner with Guy Carpenter Subject Matter Experts and the global content team to support the development of thought leadership strategies and help create messaging and marketing assets, including email campaigns tailored to regional and local client needs.Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their priorities and client needs, assisting in the design and execution of fit-for-purpose marketing campaigns that align with the overall marketing strategy and support regional deployment where applicable.Contribute to building compelling marketing propositions and plans that effectively position the business in key market segments and countries.Work closely with the Digital Marketing COE to leverage digital marketing tools and channels to enhance client and prospect engagement, support campaign activation, and improve user experience across digital platforms.Foster collaboration within the marketing and communications teams to share best practices, ensure integrated campaign delivery, and maintain consistency across practice areas.Engage with internal stakeholders, including sales teams, to support campaign advocacy, generate engagement, and align marketing activities with Go-to-Market strategies, sales materials, and Request for Proposal language.Assist in monitoring campaign progress and budget adherence, ensuring approvals for marketing spend are secured as required.Ensure all marketing activities comply with company policies, industry best practices, and relevant legal and regulatory requirements.Stay informed about the wider marketplace to identify opportunities for timely marketing and PR initiatives.Support the creation and updating of value propositions, product collateral, and marketing materials.Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute activation plans for content and products based on themes, target audiences, and business priorities.What you need to have: Significant marketing and communications experience (experience within reinsurance, insurance, or financial services is highly desirable but not required).Solid experience across multiple marketing disciplines and delivery channels, with a strong understanding of digital marketing, analytics, and measuring ROI to support commercial objectives.Experience contributing to B2B brand building initiatives.Experience managing marketing programs across different lines of business in a coordinated manner.Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at various levels.Effective relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.Good project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.Team-oriented and motivated self-starter with a proven ability to collaborate within and across teams.Adaptable and open to change and innovation, balanced with attention to detail and organized thinking.What makes you stand out?Experience working in a large, complex, and matrixed environment, collaborating with diverse stakeholders to support the development and execution of marketing and communications strategies and campaigns.Proven ability to contribute to impactful campaigns in dynamic, regulated, and technology-driven settings.Hands-on experience with marketing technologies, including marketing automation, data analytics, and customer journey mapping tools.Familiarity with digital marketing platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), and social media channels.Client-focused mindset with the ability to help translate internal propositions into clear, value-driven campaigns.Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills, capable of addressing both technical and non-technical audiences.Ability to understand and communicate complex business, legal, and technical concepts in an accessible way.Demonstrated capability to build trusted relationships and collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.Why join our team:We help you be your best through professional development opportunities, interesting work and supportive leaders.We foster a vibrant and inclusive culture where you can work with talented colleagues to create new solutions and have impact for colleagues, clients and communities.Our scale enables us to provide a range of career opportunities, as well as benefits and rewards to enhance your well-being.Marsh McLennan (NYSE: MMC) is a global leader in risk, strategy and people, advising clients in 130 countries across four businesses: Marsh, Guy Carpenter, Mercer and Oliver Wyman .
