We are looking for a Training and Planning Manager.
We make promises to our customers, and we'll make promises to you too. The key responsibilities in this role include;
To maximise the performance of the operation by ensuring accurate, detailed planning information to enable the operation to direct the daily, weekly and monthly activities and identify any potential shortfalls.
Produce detailed volume driven plans for individual site operations based on the efficient activity level workflows and targeted KPI's for each shift in advance
Translate, analyse and deliver customer needs through effective operations. Maximise accuracy, productivity and space utilisation.
Manage daily operational reporting across the business
Identify any areas of contingency planning required across the site
Ownership & Accountability for Site Training Matrix, Mgmt. Training to drive best practice, consistency and compliance
Working closely with the Flow room

Confident in using MS Office with excellent MS Excel skills
Experience with Macro systems desirable
Previous Planning Manager experience essential
Experience working in a supply chain environment would be desirable, however not essential
Comfortable working in a high pressure environment
