We're now looking for HGV Driver Trainer to provide expert training, assessments, and support to keep our transport operation safe, compliant, and efficient. ✅A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE Delivering practical and classroom‑based driver training, assessments, and coaching to our HGV drivers. Carrying out driver inductions, including vehicle familiarisation, safe operating procedures, and company standards. Monitoring driver performance and providing constructive feedback to support safety, compliance, and continuous improvement. Completing training records, reports, and compliance documentation accurately and on time.
