    Job OpportunityWe are currently recruiting for staff members to work across a range of shifts, We are looking for enthusiastic people to join these busy shifts within our warehouse teams.The role will involve working in across a number of different areas of the warehouse teams, including picking, packing and despatch.Previous experience is not required, full training will be provided.
    The shifts available are - Saturday only – Permanent contract (Saturday only - 10am-7pm)Day shift – 3 months temporary contract (Monday - Friday 9am-5pm)Night shift – 3 months temporary contract (Sunday to Thursday 10pm-6am)Evening shift – 3 months temporary contract (Monday - Friday 2pm- 10pm)

The ideal candidates will be capable and comfortable handling direct customer communications, across both phone calls and email, to our varied customer base.ABOUT THE ROLE:Our Sales Support Team sit within our overall Sales Office, and provide support and customers service. This a fully office-based role within our Eastbourne facility.     Job OpportunityOur Consumer Direct Services team provides support and customer service for many different businesses. This role involves handling a mixture of telephone calls and emails. Day-to-day work will span inbound/outbound calls, placing orders, providing tracking details, chasing orders via various marketplace platforms (Amazon, eBay), and dealing with enquiries from the general public via email. The majority of the workload will be phone-based and talking to the public, so the enthusiastic candidates will need to communicate professionally and positively. You will use your attention to detail and customer focus to take ownership of your work, guide and assist customers, and achieve the best possible outcome. This an office-based role within our Eastbourne facility. The hours are 37.5 hours per week from Monday – Friday. Some bank holiday work will be required too.
