About the Role As an Account Manager, you'll support our clients across South Wales, build strong relationships, manage staffing requirements, and deliver excellent service to candidates and customers.
This is a fast-paced, varied role where communication, organisation, and problem-solving are key.
You'll also attend onsite inductions, client meetings, and service reviews, so the ability to drive and access to your own vehicle is essential.
Key Responsibilities Client communication — building and maintaining strong relationships Candidate management — sourcing, screening, and supporting workers Account coordination — ensuring smooth daily operations for client sites Telephone management — confident handling of inbound and outbound calls Administrative tasks — updating systems, maintaining records, and using Microsoft tools effectively Onsite inductions & client visits — travelling to client locations across South Wales What We're Looking For Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) Confident communication xrexnqw and customer service abilities A positive, proactive attitude Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle Previous recruitment or account management experience is beneficial but not essential Full training provided What You'll Get £28,000 annual salary Full training and development Supportive team environment A role where you genuinely make a difference every day
