Using the bar till systems to place orders and process customer payments correctly.Ensuring all areas of the bar is clean, tidy and fully stocked throughout your shift.Carrying out daily duties as allocated by the Bar Manager including changing kegs and maintaining drink stores.Making sure your personal appearance and uniform are in line with the required Resort standards at all times.Observe all Company and Statutory Fire, Health, Safety, and Hygiene Regulations.Attend any training that has been set up to aid your personal development including cocktail, wine, and coffee training. The Person:Applicant must:Be enthusiastic and knowledgeable about bartending.Have previous experience working behind a bar.Be an excellent team player with a positive and friendly attitude.Have a flexible approach to working shift patterns and be available to work daytimes, evenings, and weekends.Have strong communication skills and be able to multitask.Have a sense of pride in the delivery of high standards of presentation and the Galgorm Collection brand.Desirable:Previous cocktail-making experience (desirable).Barista experience (desirable).Perks of the job!!We’re passionate about service, our guests, and, of course, our people.
