    Job DescriptionJOB TITLE: Senior Chef- Fratelli Roe Valley Resort JOB REFERENCE: SCFG 08/25 REPORTING TO: Fratelli Head Chef / Executive Head Chef HOURS: Based on 4-5 days out of 7 a week. Service Thursday - Monday. JOB LOCATION: Fratelli Roe Valley Resort, Limavady SALARY: £35K – 40K per annum About the role: Fratelli Ristorante, Pizzeria & Bar oozes rustic Italian charm with a contemporary edge. We serve traditional Italian dishes with a modern twist including authentic Italian Cicchetti, mouthwatering pizza, and pasta dishes finishing with tempting miniature desserts. Fratelli’s is a busy, popular restaurant with both hotel guests and local residents with many weekly dining offers.  We are seeking to recruit a talented, proactive Senior Chef to join our fantastic kitchen. We are looking for someone with an overall focus on delivering excellent food every time, someone who will provide support to our Head Chef and assist in the training and development of our team.  We can offer you an opportunity to progress in your career and build upon your existing experience.
