What we offer:
- 24,000- 24,750 base salary
- Uncapped commission from day one (no thresholds)
- OTE: 35K- 45K in Year 1, with 100K+ realistic by Year 3

What you'll be doing:
- Building your own client and candidate network within a specialist industry (Tech, IT, or Engineering in the UK or EU)
- Managing the full 360 recruitment process - from winning business to placing candidates
- Making sales calls, pitching roles, negotiating offers, and closing deals
- Working to clear KPIs and targets in a high-energy, competitive office
- Building strong relationships over the phone and in person
You'll be a strong fit if you:
- Are confident speaking to new people and can build rapport quickly
- Have experience working towards targets (sales, fundraising, sport, etc.)
- Can take knockbacks and keep going - recruitment isn't always easy
- Want to earn, learn, and move up quickly based on what you deliver
- Are commercially switched-on and able to think on your feet
