This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative and ambitious practice recognised for its technical expertise, high-quality work and long-standing client relationships. /p p br /p p The Role /p p Working alongside leading Employment Partners, you will advise on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including: /p ul li Providing strategic day-to-day employment law advice to employers across a range of sectors. /li li Advising on complex disciplinary, grievance, performance management and capability issues. /li li Managing Employment Tribunal claims from inception through to final hearing. /li li Advising on redundancies, restructures, TUPE transfers and business reorganisations. /li li Drafting and negotiating employment contracts, service agreements, policies and staff handbooks. /li li Advising on the employment aspects of corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions and business sales. /li li Advising senior executives on settlement agreements, restrictive covenants and exits. /li li Supporting business development initiatives and maintaining strong client relationships. /li li Supervising and mentoring junior lawyers while contributing to the continued growth of the Employment team. /li /ul p br /p p About You /p p The successful candidate will have: /p ul li At least strong 7+ years PQE /strong gained within a recognised Employment team. /li li Strong experience advising employer clients on a broad range of employment law matters. /li li Employment Tribunal litigation experience. /li li Excellent technical knowledge combined with strong commercial awareness. /li li Outstanding drafting, negotiation and advocacy skills. /li li Experience managing client relationships and developing new business opportunities. /li li The confidence to supervise junior team members and manage complex matters independently. /li li A proactive, collaborative and client-focused approach. /li /ul p br /p p The Firm /p p This Legal 100 law firm has built an outstanding reputation for delivering exceptional legal advice across a wide range of practice areas.
