Your Role Be the face of the store. Greet customers and build a rapport to understand their needs. Create an awesome end-to-end experience for all customers. Work towards individual and team sales targets. Communicating clearly and confidently with your team. Following health & safety procedures at all times. Making a difference every day to the customer experience. Our Benefits Competitive package: £25,000 plus £200 a week commission guarantee for first 13 weeks, OTE £45,000 - £50,000 Work for an award-winning, family-run business Annual Family Partnership celebration – recognising YOU!
