Here you will learn the foundations of sales and account management starting with a tailored two week Sales Induction Programme on joining. From there, you will be given the on-going tools and support to thrive in your role and eventually progress into more senior roles such as Account Manager, Business Development Executive all the way through to Sales Team Manager!Our Account Executive roles are phone based and are the first point of contact with our Borrowers; speaking with them frequently during their Funding Circle journey. We provide independent oversight of credit risk models, strategies, and the data assets that underpin them. We believe the fastest way to grow is by doing, so we give you the ownership to run with things and see real-time results.Own the end-to-end valuation modelling for our Credit Card and FlexiPay products, translating complex financial data into clear, actionable insight that drives strategic decisions.Build and maintain forward-looking models — including lifetime value, unit economics, and loss forecasting — that underpin product pricing, provisioning, and portfolio strategy.Partner closely with Credit Risk, Finance, and Product teams to ensure our valuations reflect the latest performance data and macroeconomic assumptions.Play a key role in month-end and quarter-end close processes, owning commentary and variance analysis for senior stakeholders and the Board.What we’re looking for We value deep expertise, but a growth mindset and good energy are what really make our team click.
